Pros - location is perfect for seeing all the sites in Khiva. Staff spoke good English and were extremely helpful. Rooftop terrace is perfect place to have a drink

We had a pleasant 2 day stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the bed was comfy and breakfast was a feast. It was very cold and snowing during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy breakfast on the terrace

Nevertheless, I took some stunning photos on the terrace at sunrise. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak but we didn’t mind it at all because of the warm hospitality we received

5 mins walk to the old city walls, the hotel is very new and a great place to relax after traveling and sight seeing, plus our rooms had a terrace with a good view of the old city walls

This hotel is new and quite nice. The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive. When we arrived, we were invited to an evening performance by the manager, Islam. The evening was a lot of fun and very memorable

I wasn’t a guest but was welcomed as an esteemed traveller. I was able to enjoy the incredible Uzbek hospitality. The sophisticated dishes I tried here were by far the most exquisite I have tasted in Uzbekistan

Great hotel, just inside the city walls. You are in the heart of Khiva, right on the main thoroughfare. Amazing character - you are staying in a former madrassa, with the unfinished minaret by the entrance

Inside there is a huge courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The rooms are small, and in the ground floor there are no windows. However as an experience I highly recommend staying here

Solid for accommodation and Poor wifi available only in the courtyard. The ambiance and the settings are out of this world! Very cool place and with solid service. Gets a bit busy with groups.

Wi-Fi only available in courtyard, not convince. Poor house keeping, blanket bag size in single and blanket was double. Room was clean, $10,000 Som for 1 coffee at breakfast, instant coffee was free.

Closely located to railway station. Ichan Kala is 10 min from the hotel. There are couple of restaurants, banks and a mini market in 2 min walking distance. Very polite and friendly staff, always willing to help
