Hotels with pool in Khiva

The best hotel in this area. Reasonable and rich breakfast. Clean and big rooms. Small but warm swimming pool. Friendly personal. It's better to get a taxi to reach the old town (worth seeing) - unexpectedly cheap.

Excellent hotel, very well located, superior category, and very good food.

One of the best hotels during our trip through Uzbekistan. Everything is new, spacious, and stylishly decorated with local accents. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very quiet

The hotel is large and peaceful, with hardly any other guests. The staff is polite and helpful, and the extensive breakfast is excellent. There is also a heated pool and a sauna

Huge hotel, with lots atractions. Unfortynately long way from old town, you have to take a cab. Very nice staff. Good food at breakfast. Close to the market.

The room was very clean and the service was excellent. They were happy to help with any problems I had. Amenities are provided, but please be aware that there are no toothbrushes.

When we checked in the room was set up for 1 person – I set of towels, 1 bottle of water, 1 chair. We got it equipped for 2 and then had to go in search of our carry-on luggage, which hadn’t been delivered to our room

The room was fairly large, comfortable but rather stark, in 50s style. We liked that we could open the window and that it had screens. The bed was a bit hard and the towels a bit worse for wear

Hotel is situated just outside the South Gate of the old city. It is a large and charming place with a garden and a swimming pool although that wasn’t open when I was there

We stayed for two nights as part of an organised tour. Rooms are good sized and well appointed. There is a good outdoor pool and bar area to relax in

Hotel has a pool (too cold in Oct. Great location just outside fort. Great breakfast in massive dining room

Water pressure was mediocre and the tubs/showers were extremely slippery. It’s a fairly large hotel and sits right outside the main gate to the Old Town, so is in a good location outside the noise of the town

Fantastic value for money with excellent upper class facilities for the money you pay. Lovely swimming pool, room is made up every day without asking

Very cool hotel. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The coffee is like in Italy. You wouldn’t regret to stay here

The breakfast room is very glamorous and the breakfast is very extensive and decent

Actually called The Khiva Palace Hotel, they had a swimming poorl, free breakfast in a spacious dining hall, and very spacious large rooms. The beds were hard, but comfortable

Walking distance to the walled fortress city. One negative: they are doing rennovations, so there is noise, personnel, and all manner of construction supplies around

The whole place just felt like it just needs a bit more care and attention and it could be a very nice hotel. They weren't that busy when we stayed so it was fairly quiet

Breakfast was varied and brought a lot. Everything in the hotel is new. There is shampoo and soap in the shower. There is a kettle in the room. When we visited, the hotel was almost empty due to the holidays

On February 23, we were given vouchers to Khiva from work, we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted very well, they gave everyone rooms, at the reception the guy met everyone very politely, explained the routine, the rooms are generally at the highest level, the bed is clean, the rooms are clean, the towels are all clean , very good service, dinner was ordered in the restaurant in the evening and another...

The location is excellent - train station, amusement park, old town - everything is nearby. You can get to the old town by electric car, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk along a pedestrian street

I stayed 2 nights on a tour. I am fully satisfied, the cleanliness was excellent, the service and the location were excellent.

Simply excellent super👍. I advise everyone and not expensive. 👌

Convenient location, great hotel

Polite helpful personel. But nearby Sofra restaurant makes the place very noisy especially afternoon beginning a party which lasts till midnight. That's very annoying.

I recommend everyone to stay in the hotel

The best hotel i have ever been to

Lovely hotel in an excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is basically brand new or recently renovated so everything is really fresh and nice

A boutique hotel fully renovated in beginning of 2025, featuring 17 rooms and a prime location right next to the Ata Darvaza gates of Itchan Kala. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

2 suggestions will be to put small fridge in each room and to also get a water dispenser. Other than that top notch place and worth the price

Everything is ok.The service was great 🌟✅ Breakfast was amazing 😋 Employees were friendly. A place I can stay again,if I go again 🌍🙌🏻

It's across the western door entrance of Ichan Kallah so location is second to none

A basic hotel just outside the walled city. Very friendly staff

The day tour he arranged for us to the castles, Nukus and Moynak was unforgettable!

Alibek B&B has a fantastic location, right opposite the main wall of the Ichan Kala, which is just a 3 minute walk away. We bunked with 3 other travellers

The rooms were reasonably big, and this is a great budget stay for backpackers. The highlight is the breakfast, which was easily the best we had in Uzbekistan

Clean, comfortable, outside the old city wall but 50m walk to the west gate. Bed is quite hard, toilet only one (luckily I was the only guest), water/coffee/tea are not provided (as in other guesthouses/hostels).

A combination of Uzbek and continental breakfast is provided - sausages, eggs, bread, savouries, pancake with apricot jam, green tea, an apple and coffee

The toilet was inconveniently located on the ground floor, which was still okay if it had been cleaned regularly. Given it is unisex, please fix the locks which malfunction from time to time

This guesthouse was so wonderful - our favorite stay in Uzbekistan! Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice AC, the shower and bathtub had hot water and great pressure, and the wifi worked well

Breakfast was fantastic with a nice omelette and homemade bread and apricot jam from the garden

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. the host is a true gentleman. he is very welcoming and a pleasure to have a conversation with. the guesthouse is very well situated within the fortress

The morning we left for an early flight, he arranged our taxi, was up with us at 5:30am, had a takeaway box with cold bottled water ready to go, and our registration cards for the airport

He even did a “passport, money, phone?” check as he put us in the car, which was such a sweet and fatherly comment. The hospitality was exceptional and we hope to be back one day!

Meet Shakir, a gentleman, fourth generation living in the 120 years old house. Rooms are spacious and full of light. All in order. We were delighted to stay there for the night

I had a nice and comfortable stay in hostel Laliopa. The breakfast was ok, but I also enjoyed the home cooked meal everynight. The distance to the old city might look a little far, but the hostel has bicycles available.

Nice place and absolutely lovely hosts, especially the elderly lady, very charming. Place a bit out of the city but they privide pick up service for free if you do not feel like walking

Very clean and comfortable hostel run by a friendly family. The inner yard is very beautiful and is the perfect place to relax. There is also space to park bicycles and motorcycles

Affordable price, fantastic staff, comfortable atmosphere. Only drawback is the location (2km from the old town), but that makes it quiet at night

Staff were incredibly helpful at organising trips to fortresses and negotiating with taxi drivers

I would only recommend putting an electric kettle for guests use in the common area
