This hotel is truly located within the Old City. The hotel terrace offers views of the Bukhara Minaret, and the restaurant provides sunset views. Stepping outside provides the best spot for taking photos of the minaret; with locals present, the pictures will be absolutely stunning. Friendly reminder: The hotel is located within the Old City and taxis cannot enter; you must walk to reach it.

A very nice guesthouse in the heart of the ancient city. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are small but have everything you need, they're clean, the water is hot, the beds are comfortable, and the service is excellent – they're happy to help with any questions. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We loved staying here in the heart of the Old City. Delora is a delight, welcoming and wanting her guests to be comfortable, happy and well fed at breakfast time. Umid at the front desk dealt with all our questions, remembered requests and organised things without a fault. His English is exceptional and he has a ready smile. Comfy bed, good bathroom, would stay again. Z'or!

Amazing stay, hotel is right at the center of the old town, next to great restaurants. The family that runs it is lovely. Good little breakfast. Room was very clean and smelled nice.

Perfect location in Khiva. The hotel is calm and very confortable. I would recommend for anyone willing to visit Khiva. And thank you to the very caring staff and owner 🙏

Perfectly located in the old city walls, this guest house has a lovely seated terrace area. Dvora and her daughter Ayisha were both kind and welcoming. The breakfast had an impressive range of local pastries, fresh produce and nuts. Was delighted that my room had a kettle and fridge too!

The hotel is owned by a wonderful lady and her family who are extremely hospitable and caring. The rooms are clean, well maintained and cozy. Moreover, this hotel is inside Ichan Kala and from their terrace you can view the beautiful blue minarets. Really, enjoyed our stay here 😃. Highly recommend!
