This hotel is ideal for travellers, short walk to Kiem Lake and other amenities, staff are amazing ,especially Martin the manger ,always there to help.this is my second stay here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. There is a nice little restaurant just facing the hotel , the food is good and great value for the money Hanvent hopefully see you next year.

The hotel not have enough rooms but accepted the booking and change us to another hotel nearby ., but for happy and fun trip we accepted for this case issued.

I made a reservation for 3 nights and 4 days.
When I checked in, I was told I would be taken to another new building. Once I was moved, the room I was shown to was different from the photos shown. The low ceiling had lots of black mold. The shower room was also indescribable.
The room was dimly lit, I could hear the street noise clearly, and it was noisy and uncomfortable. I didn't think it was a room they would offer to guests.

I was left feeling confused and wondering if they thought I couldn't complain because I'm Japanese, but when I asked the staff to change rooms, they said I could be moved the next day, so they changed me on the second day.
The room's cleanliness and atmosphere were so different that I felt even more frustrated when I realized I had paid the same amount for the room I stayed in on the first day. I also felt insulted.
From the second day onwards, the room was the same as the photo on trip.com.
If I had been given this room from the first day, I would have given it a better rating.

I don't think Room L02 is a room that should be offered to guests.
If you are offered this room, I recommend refusing.

They told me to wait a moment to check in, so I waited and they gave me the key so I went upstairs, but they were still cleaning, and when I asked when it would be finished, they said it would take 15 minutes and told me to just come in;; Except for the location, everything was bad. Unlike the picture, the hygiene was bad and the wallpaper was all moldy.. It was a cool but not hot day, but if I didn't turn on the air conditioner, it was humid and stuffy, so I always turned it on when I went out. Otherwise, even the blankets were damp.. Half of the bathroom towels had big holes in them and were torn, but I still used them. Fortunately, I didn't find any bugs, but I don't want to use this place again..
