Au Viet Hotel in Hanoi

I paid twice as much for a "suite" as for a regular room - in fact, they gave me the same standard, only with a different name. There is no difference.

The window is broken (noisy, impossible to sleep), the air conditioner rattles like a reactor, the furniture is worn out, the plumbing is leaking, dirt and complete unsanitary conditions. There is a lot of hair and nails on the floor (I will attach a photo in the pin).

The cleaning is formal: they only change the bed. At the same time, the staff knocks and calls obsessively, as if the guest is obliged to let them in.

I wanted to leave and get my money back - the hotel refused. They do not respond to complaints in the chat. This is a deception and a disregard for guests.

Not 3 star level! Maybe 2.
I left after 1 day.
