Everything was spot on until we were called in the room about an hour prior to checkout to ensure we were vacating the premises. Felt a little rude

The hotel is located in a good location and the service was great. Recommended for both business and leisure travel. Pho was awesome.

The staff had a bad attitude, and the toaster at breakfast was broken.

I stay there for 13 days for my business trip. The staff are accommodating.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. Calm; Area about 20 minute walk away from touristy section.

＜Pro＞

1. Good value for money.

2. Very clean, albeit it seems a fairly old hotel.

3. Hot shower and cool enough aircon.

4. Good location. It's in a nice and quiet street slightly outside the Old Quarter. Within a local community, there are some local amenities including street stalls, cafe, eateries and hair salon all within 1-3 minutes walk.

＜CON＞

1. Housekeeper rang the doorbell at 09:30 and came into the room to check whether we had any laundry to send in.

2. No handheld shower available. Only an old-fashion fixed shower head.

3. Too dim the room (room 603) at night. But the other room (room 705) which is of the same size and type has more lights and is better lit.

4. No shaver readily available in the shower room (didn't bother to ask whether there's one upon request).

5. No ramp available at the entrance door (but doorman did help with lifting the luggage up the stairs and into the hotel).

6. Reception was not manned when we returned at appx 02:30.

Very nice and comfortable hotel away from the noise and pollution in old quarter. Booked this place last minute but it was a very good choice. The staff were excellent and rooms extremely clean. If you want a good night’s rest, this is definitely a good choice
