The hotel is really nice , the people is super friendly and kind the rooom are comportable and have a good view. The location is the little far from the center.

I chose this hotel based on the photos on the website and its location, and this is the first time in many years of traveling that I regretted my choice.
The hotel is within walking distance of the sea, with a beautiful bay, white sand, clear water, and stunning sunsets, but that's the only advantage of this hotel.

I arrived after 3:00 PM, and check-in was supposed to be after 2:00 PM, but no one was waiting for me. It was impossible to reach the hotel using the phone numbers listed on the website.
I had to wait more than half an hour for them to prepare my room.

Renting a scooter was only possible the next day, and the scooter itself was old. I paid for the scooter for 4 full days but only used it for 2 days, and no one refunded me for the unused days.
The room was not cleaned, despite my requests and reminders to the administrator.

The design of the rooms and the hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is convenient as it's close to the sea, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to travelers.
The breakfasts at the hotel are monotonous, simple, but filling. The administrator is the only person on the entire staff who speaks English, which creates communication problems since he is constantly busy, and the rest of the staff only speaks Vietnamese.

I enjoyed the sea and the sunsets, but nothing else. There was no hot water in the room, making it uncomfortable to shower.

Good location and price, however the property, pool, and rooms were quote dirty. hard to get daily cleaning done and sheets and towels need to be updated as they were quite old and gross.

It was a frustrating experience for my family and friends. The place was dirty and poorly maintained. We could only use the pool on the first day because it was very dirty the other days. After the check-in time, we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to clean it and when we got to the room we were surprised to see that they hadn't cleaned the bathroom. We had to ask them to come back and clean it and the teenagers who cleaned it made fun of me. We stayed for 4 days and there was no more cleaning or changing of towels. The breakfast was also very bad.

Unfortunately it was the worst experience I had after a lot of travels. I had several issues like no hot water, no toilet paper, no cleaning and breakfast without anything. Even bread or coffee they never refilled. A lot of insects, spiders and all that you can imagine. This place it is dirty!!! It was not only a bad look from my side but all friend there faced the same situation. Also I heard several other guests complain. So if you are smart and reading this please don’t go this place.
