The toilet and bathroom were actually very clean and in good condition, which I appreciated. However, the bed linen was dirty. I asked the staff to change it, and they did, but the new linen also had visible stains that clearly had not been properly washed.
Another major problem was the construction work in the building from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day. The drilling noise was very loud and made it impossible to rest in the room, so I had to move to another place.
However, after I cancelled the booking and changed my accommodation, I received a refund. I appreciate that this issue was resolved.
In the common area there is a microwave.
Close ebough to the beach, super market and the night market was littirelly next door.
They rent scooter as well so it was good to visit the area and go to Sao beach.
The hotel's location is perfect: 1 minute to a large supermarket, 2 minutes to the night market, 5 minutes to a swimming pool, and 15 minutes to the sea.

The room is cleaned daily and is always spotless. The staff is pleasant and polite. Everything is simple and down-to-earth.
Every time we fly to Phu Quoc, we choose this particular hotel. We genuinely feel very comfortable here. We will definitely come back to Ricky at Flora Hotel next year ❤️
The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a spa. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. One of the team members even helped us book a Grab when we needed it.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and great value. Highly recommend!
