Phu Van Resort & Spa in Phu Quoc Island

We stayed as a couple, and the hotel is right in the center of the island! The grounds are lush with greenery, but the sea isn't great. There's a ridge of rocks that aren't visible underwater! However, it's very conveniently located for exploring the entire island. We traveled to the north and south (we preferred the south more). Taxi prices ranged from 220 to 250 TWD. King Kong Shopping Mall is nearby!

This hotel is bad except for its location.
1. The room has no equipment at all. The sheets and pillows are old and smell.
2. The bathroom equipment is very old, many tiles are rotten, the warm water is hot and cold, and there is a problem with the water pressure.
3. The windows and doors are covered with dust and I dare not open them, otherwise a lot of things will fly in.
4. Breakfast is the same every day. The bread is hard to eat and there is very little fruit.
5. The swimming pool is beautiful outside, but the water is acidic. I suspect the water pump is broken. The water will make people sick. Acidic water means serious pollution. Also, the swimming pool tiles are very slippery. In addition to me falling, my family also fell. It's very dangerous. I hope the hotel will know and improve it.
5. Except for that man, the other women in the staff are generally wooden.
6. This hotel has serious management problems. Apart from their daily routine, they have no intention of maintaining or managing the hotel.
I have lived here for five consecutive days so I have some understanding of this place. He said he is a three-star, and I am better than many channels with one star.

The location is good, first line, the breakfast is terrible, not worth taking)) The bungalows are normal, but old, the cleanliness is so-so. The hotel opposite is much better

Great location. Beautiful beach perfect for sunset. Loads of restaurants nearby, big room and comfortable bed.
