Close to town, but quiet
A bit bumpy at check in, but the stay was overall comfy and quiet. Pool.was nice. Breakfast was acceptable.

The pool looked nothing like the photos.

Stayed here 4 nights, breakfast is ok the rooms are spotless and all at a good price, no hot water reported it but nothing done apart from a couple of small problems it’s ok, not sure if I would return to this hotel on my next trip. But, it’s definitely worth a stay.

Our tour operator booked our stay in this hotel and it wasn't a pleasant experience! Service: There was hardly any staff available to service the guests.When we reached the hotel, there was not a single staff/bell boy to carry our luggage.We had to carry it ourselves to the room.The hotel seemed vacant with hardly any occupancy! The reception guy told us that breakfast will be served portion wise/per guest and to be ordered a day before from the set menu (hardly any choice was available in menu) and due to lack of occupancy no buffet will be served! Then why do the hotel commit of providing buffet breakfast? Also many services were closed/discontinued but still the posters were still placed at different areas.The swimming pool area had no lights and no lifeguards. Overall the service was not good! Rooms: The Rooms looked dark even when all the lights were switched on. Very low lighting and no ventilation. There were also mosquitoes in the room! The room was also not at all spacious.Overall the Rooms were not good! Food: The quality of food was not good and most of it was bland.Also limited variety of fruits were served during breakfast of which only watermelons were good! Location: The location of the hotel was good and we could reach nearby restaurants and eateries by walk.Also the beach was at walkable distance.(the only positive point) So overall our experience at this hotel was not good and we would not recommend this hotel at all!

I almost tripped and fell due to health reasons and the hotel staff in the front started laughing. Extremely unprofessional!!!! So rude

Clean and at convenient location. (Free) breakfast is decent 🍳🥓🥘 Pool is clean and quiet for most parts 🏊🏊🏻♀️ Gym needs serious improvement/upgrade for visitors who are health fitness enthusiasts. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Cozy, comfortable and beautifully styled hotel with friendly English-speaking staff. There are tennis court and clear pool with sunbeds and umbrellas at backyard, good but a bit expensive restaurant, very good location with plenty of caffes and bars around.

I have been there just only for a diving conference with padi association from Australia, intended for the diving centre's and operations. great allocation, near the main street in the island calls Boulevards street. With plenty of restaurant, bars, and shop's. It's looks very good ended.

My holiday trip with friends at Levan Hotel Phu Quoc was fantastic! 🌟 The rooms were really comfortable, and the service was super friendly. 🤗 Plus, the location was perfect for exploring. Loved it! 💯 Would happily come back again. 🌴

I loved this place so much! :)
The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very neat, and they are cleaned every day. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of options. There’s also a nice pool.
Highly recommend! I would definitely stay here again.

Careful! Hidden costs! The rooms, while outdated are relatively nice and the bed was comfortable however the roof in the bathroom leaked and when i asked about it nothing was done! Also do not drink the water that is supplied to you in the room (you will be told its free! IT IS NOT!!! Just grab yourself water across the street from mini market… also be aware that even though it states online that you can pay by card this is also false!
Also be prepared for the smell of smoke in all the corridors as there are ashtrays readily available

The rooms in the Levan are really nice, clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable and bedding clean. The pool is very small with limited beds (4 when we stayed) the location is on the main road. Our main complaint would be that the hotel is very noisy. We were woken at all hours with guests coming and going, banging and crashing at all hours with no respect for.people trying to sleep. The staff were great! Helpful and polite.

Wonderful hotel right in the middle of town. Super quick walk to a very nice beach. Staff were amazing and the owner was very welcoming, we felt right at home.
The room is sparkling clean and feels brand new. Beds are super comfy and the TV has English channels playing movies in the evening. We didn't go for the breakfast but it's a beautiful venue on top of the hotel. Nice pool too!
