A good hotel with friendly staff. A few downsides: a strong moldy smell in the rooms. One of the rooms was uninhabitable, but the hotel staff arranged a room change without any hassle. Very convenient location, close to all the top bars and the sea.

Good hotel at affordable rate..neat and clean room...100 m walking distance to beach..24 hrs hot water..Staffs are very polite and friendly..Tv in working condition but I must say as there are more foreigners TV should have atleast YouTube so one can enjoy at night..

The hotel is in a very convenient location, 3 minutes to the sea and 3-5 minutes to the Kinkong supermarket, booked for 3 days, then extended for another week, no private pool, but in the neighboring hotel you can pay 50 dong for a sun lounger and sunbathe and swim all day, children are free! Breakfasts are not provided in this department, but this is most likely a plus, you can sleep until noon, and then across the road a huge selection of breakfasts within 150-200 rubles per person, plus a massage across the road, 350 dong 60 minutes, I recommend!!!!!

Convenient location: 150 m to the sea, many cafes, King Kong supermarket, pharmacies nearby. Polite and helpful staff.

Arrived at 8 am. Checked in right away. 3 minutes to the sea, they were just timing it. For some reason it took a little longer to get back)))
Everything is simple in the room, and everything you need is there. The air conditioner worked. There was hot water. Every day they changed towels, gave water and swept the floor. If you are not in the room. If you are in the room, they will leave everything nearby. Bed linen was changed once in 9 days. At request, they replaced it with new. There were sockets next to the beds (no adapter needed)

We lived on the 1st floor. And the door was closed with a padlock))) it is inconvenient of course, but for that kind of money it was the only minus.

There is everything near the hotel! King Kong market, bars with live music, laundry, minimarket, interesting cafes and restaurants. There are sun loungers on the beach for 150 thousand for the whole day.

Convenient location, close to many eateries and restaurants. Private beach, Swimming pool, breakfast buffet.. great. Service staff cheerful and enthusiastic. 👍👍👍👍👍
