We had a wonderful stay in a villa that offered a beautiful waterfront view. Having free bikes available was a bonus for exploring. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our visit. The location is perfect—quiet enough for relaxation, yet just a short walk from Old Town, the night market, and various local restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend!

Hotel in an excellent location, quiet and close to everything, good breakfast, excellent staff, especially the hotel manager Mr. Pong, who helped, went out of his way to assist us, and even upgraded our room, we really appreciate his efforts, the hotel gives a signal above expectations

I really can not recommend this hotel enough. From the moment you arrive to moment left they made you feel like royalty. Travelled with an elderly family member and she felt safe and special each day. From the conceirge, guest services, front office to the GM I can't rate highly enough. The only choice if you ever visit Hoi An!!

The hotel's decor features local characteristics, and it's very close to the walking street, making shopping convenient. They offer stand-alone villas with private swimming pools. Hoi An nights are vibrant and joyful, with lanterns everywhere, making you feel like you're swimming in a sea of lights. The hotel offers a tranquil escape amidst the lively area. Good location, 5 min walk from the ancient city with lots of good restaurants around. We live in family villa on the second floor, the only setback is there is no elevator so we need to carry the luggage down when checking out. But I think the staff is very happy to help to carry the luggage up or down the stairs if we ask them to. Breakfast is fairly good but you can have better options outside...

This was the most amazing property we stayed at in all of Vietnam during our 2 week trip. Unfortunately, we got food poisoning in Da Nang the night before arriving to this property so most of our stay was spent bed-ridden but the staff made it so comfortable despite our sickness. When I book my room few months ago, I have a special request for the hotel not to offer me a room in the end of the hallway, but too bad, when I arrived and check in, they give me a room in the end of the hallway,  I was so FCUKING MAD, at the end they offered me another room with better location. It’s a FCUKING DISABLED ROOM. Will never book this **** HOLE again.

First of all, this hotel is a piece of art. The interior is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are also beautiful, you won’t stop taking pictures of the interior. The bed was super comfortable. overall a good hotel. Nicely located close to train station en the palace. Rooms are not that big, but good bed, tv, and bathroom. Although the shower is in the bathtub. But the rooms are noisy, you hear the people next door talking and moving furniture. But if they act normal no issue. Nice little pool wilt sun beds. The garden well taken care of. All staff very helpfull and speak good English.

Great stay overall with a few drawbacks, but I would still consider staying again for the excellent location, clean rooms, amazing rooftop views and especially the incredible buffet. Best Hotel so far in Vietnam. Staff are friendly We have very nice breakfast and afternoon tea at 2pm every day. They have different varieties of foods everyday for breakfast . The price of our room is 1.2 million VND for 2 double bed (we put it together) as you can see in my photo.

In the double room, only one side of the bed had a charging port at the headboard, which was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was fine. The breakfast buffet was very rich, and there was afternoon tea by the pool, which was quite convenient for me.

Clean and hygienic, quite good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us solve our problems. The breakfast was super rich and I ate a lot every day. The room was clean and I slept very comfortably. There is a seafood restaurant downstairs and many massage parlors nearby. I will definitely come back next time. It was a great accommodation experience.

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped. The hotel's location is excellent, though the heavy traffic right outside makes parking a hassle. Be aware that check-in is strictly at 2 PM, and early check-in incurs a fee. Similarly, check-out is strictly at 12 PM, and late check-out will also cost extra.

Nice hotel facing the Han river with the dragon bridge view.It is also quite near walking distance less then 300m to cham museum .Han market and the pink church.We noticed people walking along the dragon bridge across the Han river to watch the dragon breaths fire an water show during weekends

Choosing Brilliant Hotel for our stay in Da Nang was absolutely the best decision. I stayed one night with my mom, and it was perfect for us to explore Han Market and Han River. The pick-up service and breakfast were amazing. This was my second visit, and the river view truly stands out as the best among all the hotels in the area. I'll definitely be returning! The location is fantastic too, being within walking distance of Han Market and the Pink Church. Plus, there are so many great restaurants and massage shops nearby, which made my stay absolutely perfect.

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as the most beautiful! There are tons of activities right by the beach, like kayaking, beach volleyball, and archery. A bit disappointed I didn't see any monkeys, but there were plenty of squirrels around. Eating at the hotel is extremely overpriced, and very few staff members speak Chinese.

This resort is nestled deep within Monkey Mountain, operating on a tipping system and charging strictly per person. I highly recommend staying for at least 2 nights to fully enjoy the luxurious hotel facilities and beach yoga activities.

Service and hospitality were excellent, and the rooms were of a very high standard. Pricing is steep by Vietnamese standards and closer to luxury hotels and restaurants in London or New York. Overall, I felt the experience justified the cost, even if the price level was higher than expected.

Excellent and efficient service. Great design and view. Just the location is a bit far from the city but the hotel provides free shuttle to Hoi An. Many free workshops so can spend several days in side the hotel without getting bored.

Couldn't have asked for a more satisfying experience. The rooms are incredibly unique, the service is warm, attentive, and professional, and you can spot rare wildlife right from the hotel. There's a rich selection of activities, including sea fishing, and a fantastic array of delicious dining options. Absolutely wonderful!

If you’d like to live by the beach area this hotel is perfect. Lots of things to do especially at night, it can get a little noisy if you keep your balcony window open. Beautiful view, beautiful sunset every evening. Highly recommend

The location is a big plus – just across the street from the beach, and there's a seafood BBQ right downstairs. The ocean view room really did offer a beautiful sunrise. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived past 1 AM, but the reception staff literally ran out to help us with our luggage, and check-in was super quick. • The facilities are very outdated and quite dirty. The edge of the TV is rusted. • The room had an unpleasant, rotten smell. • The tissue rolls were of very poor quality. • The bathroom facilities, including the bathtub and toilet, were substandard. • Breakfast was acceptable but also not clean • The staff were polite and courteous. I suffered from serious diarrhoea after staying at this hotel.

Overall stay is comfortable and clean and breakfast buffet spread was good, only today when departure to airport as I had book a grab taxis to bring me to the airport and the bell boy that help me carry the luggage’s suddenly look at my phone and stroke thru my phone with his finger and cancel my booking few times just because he want to recommend those taxis outside the hotel….I was so shock and disappointed...

The room is big. The sea view from the bathroom is great. The food choice of breakfast changes every day.

The room was quite spacious, like a suite, with a sofa and a coffee table. It was also very quiet, and the beach was within walking distance. It's a shame it rained, so I couldn't see the sea and just headed straight to Ba Na Hills the next day.

Location of the hotel was amazing! very near to the beach and lots of food and massage options nearby. The hotel receptionist Chi was extremely kind and helpful too!

The hotel is clean and the service is great. There are several leisure streets just a few blocks downstairs. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach, and a taxi ride to the airport takes about 15 minutes.

This hotel is located right by Da Nang beach, just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so the location is great. The hotel also sells tickets for trips to Hoi An and Ba Na Hills, which is good value for money. The front desk staff, CHI, was excellent; she spoke English, Chinese, and Vietnamese and was very welcoming.

The room was quite small, and the window faced directly into another hotel’s guest rooms, which required keeping the curtains closed for privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed at all times, making the stay less comfortable.

Stella Maris is located walking distance to My Khe beach and My Hanh Seafood restaurant. My sisters & I had a very good time there. They immediately accommodated our request for extra beds as one of my sisters originally not included in this trip was able to join us. They even upgraded our room at no extra cost. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of good choices. I specifically love the crispy bacon...

We booked the Junior Suite Ocean View room and it is very good. The room is quite big and clean. The location is very good and also the service is excellent. The only thing that I can complain is the noise from the street in the early morning, it was quite annoying especially for light sleeper. The breakfast is very good though.

The sea view room offers an absolutely stunning view. The balcony directly faces the ocean, and you can even see the Guanyin statue. Waking up around 5 AM to watch the sunrise from the balcony, then going back to sleep, was incredibly peaceful. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vietnam.

The location is fantastic, very close to the heart of the old town. The view from the balcony, with its charming old rooftops, was lovely and atmospheric. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing.

Nice boutique hotel, with good location n visit Hoi An ancient city by foot to shop n dine. Hotel is clean, all staff is courteous n helpful too as one friend needed to store ice pack in freezer. Breakfast spread was good, cater for Asians n non-Asians too. Highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The setting, cleanliness, ambiance, and location were all ideal.

Breakfast options were limited, and the pool was quite small and shallow. However, Lily, a server in the restaurant, provided excellent service; she was very attentive and thoughtfully recommended local tourist attractions to us. 👍

I loved having a small balcony to dry clothes on or just relax with a cup of coffee. It was so comfortable. It's close to many attractions, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Even though I was right next to the elevator, it wasn't noisy at all. It was so quiet that after staying one day, I extended my stay for another. This is what vacation is like: relaxing in order to take on more adventures

Room is spacious and able to see the night view across dragon bridge and able to see the fire shownas well from our hotel room. Hotel also did provide us with esr plugs due to the the honking of vehicles which we didn't use as we were able to sleep through the noise

Hotel is in a great location, not far from some attractions and the view was spectacular. Super big bath tub, nice hot water pressure, big comfortable bed. The tv works great. Issue is that the street noise gets pretty loud but they provide earplugs but maybe heavier curtains? And the situation with the bath tub and shower was confusing, I got water everywhere without realizing. Overall great place...

The room view is extraordinary and a convenient location , walking distance to the dragon bridge & son tra night market. Food in the hotel not much of a choice and normal taste. But only 1 thing u guys need to check is your room door, my room door is not fully locked when we are out , and it can be open without a room card. It’s very dangerous. Pls check before u stay in .

I had a great experience staying at Savouna Hotel in Da Nang. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The view is amazing, and the staff provide excellent service. It’s a perfect place for couples to stay. The only suggestion would be to have firmer pillows, which would make the stay even more comfortable. 😊

Great location and very nice hotel. The rooms can hear any noise in the hallways and there were some lat night partiers that came back and were talking in the hallways for quite some time. This is not the hotels fault but just awareness for it. Otherwise it is very quiet. It has a nice rooftop patio.

Hotel is conveniently located near the My Khe beach. Service is good. Seems like the toilet drainage system in the shower and wash basin needs to be attended to.
