The location is very good, near the beach. The room is spacious and has a beautiful view. Breakfast is edible. There are many restaurants, eateries, and convenience stores nearby. Especially just an 8 minute walk from the sea, the beach here is quite beautiful, you can go out to watch the sunrise in the early morning

The location is excellent and the staff are lovely. When something is not right they fix it quickly. The rooms are small and dark, but the beds are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. Laundry service is quick and cheap. For the price it's great value!

A good hotel for its location. Decent breakfasts, several buildings and pools, a large private area, and sun loungers make for a comfortable and private stay. The beach area is a drawback: be sure to consider the season and the risk of typhoons.

Friendly environment and the staffs could speak English

After staying in a couple of different places in Da Nang, I finally found this very special place that quickly feels like home. I loved this room. Didn't expect it to be this big. The bed was comfortable, the pillows as well. The bath was great but would've been better if the water was really hot. I walked easily to the Golden Dragon Bridge. Everywhere around the hotel there were places to eat, get coffee, pharmacies, and convenience stores. My next trip I'll stay here for sure!

Old hotel, but cheap and at the center of DaNang city.

Definitely a good place to stay if visiting Da Nang. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Toan is amazing and so kine to us. Getting us good value taxis, advice on what to do on a boring day in Da Nang, onward travel etc. I got an free upgraded, to a river view room, its clean, large, nice. The service is decent as well as the complimentary breakfast. For our room, the AC will spontaneously shut off for no reason, requiring us to play with the switchboard to get the AC to work again. The bedsheets aren't the cleanest, but compared to other hotels, the beds are less firm, so if you prefer a soft bed, then this is a decent place to go.

We have stayed here twice and will be staying for the third time shortly. Love the staff love the size of rooms. Breakfast has been some of the best hotel breakfast in Vietnam. One time we even left our makeup and brushes out in a rush and the cleaner put them so nicely back in their correct places. Gym has a great view too. Great location to get around Da Nang! What you see is what you get Super ganda ng hotel the stunning view from our room morning and even at night. The only prob is they dont offer a free coffee or tea only water is the complementary. No free breakfast but if you are into luxury view you can enjoy here even its quiet far from tourist destinations but this is near in Airport and the staff are kind and accommodating.

Rooms are great, new furniture and washroom is good. Pool is great. I stayed on the 8th floor which was cozy. View was good. A bit far from the sea but you can see the waves. Fully carpeted room. Breakfast is one and only but very big disappointment. They bring you the food from the street which is not good for a 4 star Hotel.

The staff were helpful and Ocean view suite was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, if you start with low expectations. The pool looks nothing like the photos. There are no umbrellas, no sun beds, just a broken wooden chair and badly rusted metal chair - a shame really as the pool area could be nice, IF it was maintained properly.

I'll leave a very accurate review. First of all, the room condition isn't quite as good as a hotel (though you shouldn't expect much at this price). The owner is incredibly friendly and prepares a delicious breakfast, even including fruit. It's much more delicious than a hotel buffet. The location is convenient, and it's a great place for a one-night stay.

On the first day, I was given a different room (larger) than the one I had requested due to air conditioning repairs. But Mr. Bar came out and I was so scared I couldn't sleep... haha Still, the room I moved to was much prettier and better! The hosts were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The food at this Four Seasons is truly amazing! I stayed for three days and tried every single restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed with all the meals. The attention to detail in the rooms is also excellent. They noticed we brought our own wine and proactively provided an ice bucket in our room every evening.

The location, facilities, and service were good, but upon checking in and checking the room, there were spiders, blood stains on the bedsheets and curtains, and cobwebs on the ceiling. For a 5-star hotel, the hygiene was comparable to a motel, and the room service was always delicious!

Walking distance to the old town, quieter street but we keep hearing dog barking in the midnight and early morning. Room is clean, spacious bathroom and has a nice bathtub to rest. Overall experience is ok.

The hotel staff were polite, and the room was clean with fresh air. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it's an acceptable 15-minute walk to the Ancient Town. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit Hoi An.

We came for a family trip, and right upon arrival, they offered welcome drinks, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also delicious. While it's a bit of a distance from the Hoi An Night Market, it was actually a plus as it was quiet without the motorbike noise, making it perfect for relaxation.

This was a very convenient location for sightseeing in Follina. They were also kind enough to let me check in early.

The resort is nice because there is a river behind it and the sea right in front of it. However, Hoi An Old Town is far away, but it is nice because they operate a shuttle bus. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however the window wasn't properly sealed meaning you could hear some of the noise from the busy road. A big disappointment, however, at breakfast: the dining hall was filthy (nobody bothered to sweep the floor or clean the windows) and the little kitchen behind the buffet looked grubby.
