Staff were friendly. Good location to beach and plenty of local restaurants. Room was average, but clean. Very basic gym did the job. Small but nice pool with a great view.

Rooms are dirty and smelly. The towels all had numerous stains as did the bed sheets. The service was hit or miss. The rooftop pool was okay but the gym was not great. Excellent value for money! The check in and check out were super smooth, the receptionist was speaking perfect English. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a hair dryer and refrigerator. We were on 8th floor and it was very quiet. The rooftop offers nice view over the city and the sea. There is a small gym there too.

This was a last minute booking as i found out when I landed in Da Nang that my booked hotel changed my dates on their own. Price was very reasonable, ni e big room, comfy, nice e big hot shower as it was cold during this period. They have a nice little rooftop pool.

We stayed here for a week waiting for the central floods to subside and couldn't recommend it more. The staff are wonderful - the girls on the front desk are always smiling and happy to help and we always ended up chatting to the security guards who looked after the bikes! Just enough for a night stay, facilities are old and woke up in the early morning at 3:14 am with fire alarm bell. 

It is located inside the Korean district, so there are a lot of Korean establishments around. There are little ants on the table, but I didn't even see them until I put food there.

The Hotel seemed empty but I had to wait until 3pn to get into my room which was a problem because I arrived at 9am.Apart from that it was clean and comfortable. It's in a very nice quiet location only 10 mins to the beach. There's also a great Shawama café just across the road, very tasty. 😅😅

Located in the heart of Palm Man-dong, there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, so you won't have time to get bored. The hotel is perfect for a 0.5-night stay. For regular stays, go to a better hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. It had a nice view of the river. However the aircon was a bit old, so it took half an hour at 16 degree for the room to get cool. And we found gecko in the room (the hotel did warn us tho).

This has been the best hotel that we've stayed at in Veitnam. The rooms are lovely, good size. Breakfast has plenty of choice including fresh eggs cooked to how you want them. I had a great stay at JM Hoi An Beach Hotel. The room was nice, good breakfast buffet, great amenities. I like that it is far enough from the craziness of the Old Town but close enough that you can access it easily (used the free bicycles almost everyday). Loved that it was close to the beach. And the staff were all so lovely, welcoming and helpful!

Staying on the first floor wasn't ideal; the lighting wasn't great. The room itself was spacious, though. However, the hotel breakfast was delicious, especially the flavorful rice noodle soup. You can easily grab a motorbike with Grab to get to the ancient town.

Liked it so much I extended my stay an additional 5 days. Accommodations are wonderful. Staff could not be friendlier, everyone here is absolutely genuinely helpful and kind. I will stay here every time I’m in Hoi An. It is a solid go to for all future stays.

The hotel is clean. Good location, perfect service, good breakfast. BUT I couldn't sleep from around 6.30 AM because of the noise. It’s horrible. You can hear the sound from upstairs like someone moves furniture. Very loud and disturbing. I guess it's from the restaurant when people move chairs during breakfast. Fix the chairs. It will cost maybe 300k but will improve comfort soooo much.

This is a very nice hotel, and the staff are lovely and lobby is wonderfully kept. I would give 5 stars but the walls are too thin and the corridors are tiled so there is too much noise in the rooms. If you are a heavy sleeper this isn't a problem but I am not!

A good hotel for its location. Decent breakfasts, several buildings and pools, a large private area, and sun loungers make for a comfortable and private stay. The beach area is a drawback: be sure to consider the season and the risk of typhoons.

After staying in a couple of different places in Da Nang, I finally found this very special place that quickly feels like home. I loved this room. Didn't expect it to be this big. The bed was comfortable, the pillows as well. The bath was great but would've been better if the water was really hot. I walked easily to the Golden Dragon Bridge. Everywhere around the hotel there were places to eat, get coffee, pharmacies, and convenience stores. My next trip I'll stay here for sure!

Definitely a good place to stay if visiting Da Nang. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Toan is amazing and so kine to us. Getting us good value taxis, advice on what to do on a boring day in Da Nang, onward travel etc. I got an free upgraded, to a river view room, its clean, large, nice. Hostel is family run, and you instantly feel as in their tribe (I was not feeling well at some point and felt like a whole place is taking care of me :) !!!) The service is decent as well as the complimentary breakfast. For our room, the AC will spontaneously shut off for no reason, requiring us to play with the switchboard to get the AC to work again. The bedsheets aren't the cleanest, but compared to other hotels, the beds are less firm, so if you prefer a soft bed, then this is a decent place to go.

Very unwelcoming staff. When we arrived, the staff was very rude and short especiallythe lady in charge.. No welcome drink was offered to us until we asked for one. Everyone else got one when they sat down.. Our room was not ready at 2pm. They called us at 11:30 to tell us we had to be out of the room by 12pm. No smiles or courtesy that we have become used to in Vietnam.

Centrally located right by My Khe, though a bit far from the bus stop, but I doubt many tourists take the bus anyway. The rooftop infinity pool is great for photos, but it's a bit small, especially compared to the two hotels next door which have much larger pools. The service is excellent, facilities are new, and breakfast is outstanding. Plus, the price is quite competitive for this location.

It has been a pleasant stay and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Long Hai was the star of the show, always cheerful when you arrive at the reception. Breakfast was hearty and a nice setting over looking the bay with beautiful sun risers for those earlier birds. We stayed at the hotel in Hoi An on our first night. The atmosphere was lovely, the breakfast was good, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The location was also convenient, close to a minimart. We were traveling as a big family group, and everyone really enjoyed the stay.
