Very friendly staff, well equipped rooms and even have private steam room in or room. Quest are also entitled free onsen and mini neck and shoulder massage from the spa in hotel.

The hotel is quiet with magnificent facilities like the swimming pool and onsen, so relaxing that we wished we could have stayed longer. It does need some renovations in certain areas, and most importantly, the ancient air conditioning unit should be replaced as it's very noisy and not good for health. Hotel Breakfast is massive with varieties of foods to accommodate all ethics of tourist; location is great and only few hundreds meter to dragon bridge and night market. room a bit outdated but manageable i would say decent i do enjoys staying at this hotel and would recommend for everyone

Rooms are really cosy and perfect for romantic stay. We had a candles and flowers waiting for us. Rooms are clean and bright. Staff is really friendly. Swimming pool is a bit small but you can see it on the pictures. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use any of extra free services like a bike, shuttle bus (from/to the beach and from/to the town - with scheduled hours) but we didn’t really had time for it...

If you're visiting Hoi An, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially one man named MIGH, who was genuinely smiling. During a typhoon, he even suggested we leave for Danang in the afternoon to avoid the storm. The hotel is within half an hour of the Old Town, and there's a shuttle bus service. Call crab is also very affordable.

The in-room dining service experience was not good. I placed my order at 8 PM, but it wasn't delivered until 8:40 PM, a 40-minute delay. This significantly affected my date plans with my girlfriend. I hope the hotel can improve its time management and service quality to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

The rooms, landscape and ambiance are just great. The location of the hotel is great, close to the beach and many restaurants. On the downside, the breakfast choices are the same every day. We never seen any personal test the pool water or clean the scum lines at the waters edge. Also the pool surroundings and concrete was never cleaned during our ten day stay.

It has been a pleasant stay and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Long Hai was the star of the show, always cheerful when you arrive at the reception. Breakfast was hearty and a nice setting over looking the bay with beautiful sun risers for those earlier birds. Decent budget hotel. I got the room nearest to the elevator, which was really noisy. Not had everything you need, nothing special of note. I don't understand why you need a full length glass window in the bathroom though. Really?! As if anyone would want the whole world to watch you taking a bath. Receptionist was helpful. We had a great stay at the cosmos hotel. it’s very well located very close to the beach and to plenty of restaurants. ( you should try bikini bottoms burgers and 2lady kitchen bahn mi !!! ) The room was spotless and the room was well serviced. the staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the price is affordable. Although the hotel isn't newly renovated, the rooms are decent. However, the soundproofing isn't very good.

Honestly the rooms are quite dated in need of new paint and carpets, the bed was nice and comfortable. Staff were very polite and obliging. Decent breakfast.
