Room is spacious and able to see the night view across dragon bridge and able to see the fire shownas well from our hotel room. Hotel also did provide us with esr plugs due to the the honking of vehicles which we didn't use as we were able to sleep through the noise

Hotel is in a great location, not far from some attractions and the view was spectacular. Super big bath tub, nice hot water pressure, big comfortable bed. The tv works great. Issue is that the street noise gets pretty loud but they provide earplugs but maybe heavier curtains? The room view is extraordinary and a convenient location , walking distance to the dragon bridge & son tra night market. Food in the hotel not much of a choice and normal taste. But only 1 thing u guys need to check is your room door, my room door is not fully locked when we are out , and it can be open without a room card. It’s very dangerous. Pls check before u stay in .

I had a great experience staying at Savouna Hotel in Da Nang. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially loved the swimming pool area. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We went away for a quiet getaway from city life and that's what we got. We were only a 2 minute walk from the beach and off the main road which was nice too. I went for a few runs along an adjacent road which has almost no traffic on it and because of the hotels location, you can also have a lovely view of the sun rising each morning. An ok hotel at a low cost. This hotel is probably a 2, maybe 3 star hotel at best. The price was good and the room seemed fairly clean. But something about the room made me very uncomfortable. I picked this place for its rooftop pool, offering fantastic views of the Dragon Bridge, and its prime location. It was easy to walk to and from the Dragon Bridge in the evening. Han Market and supermarkets were also conveniently nearby.

If you're visiting Hoi An, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially one man named MIGH, who was genuinely smiling. During a typhoon, he even suggested we leave for Danang in the afternoon to avoid the storm. The hotel is within half an hour of the Old Town, and there's a shuttle bus service. Call crab is also very affordable.

The in-room dining service experience was not good. I placed my order at 8 PM, but it wasn't delivered until 8:40 PM, a 40-minute delay. This significantly affected my date plans with my girlfriend. I hope the hotel can improve its time management and service quality to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
