Location of the hotel is great, within the Old Town and yet away from the busy noisy stretch. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Quite a decent spread of breakfast buffet as well. Receptionist can barely speak English so we communicated using Google Translate. Room is spacious but the entire building is relatively old. Cleanliness can be improved as the fan is covered by a thick layer of dust. The location wise is very strategic: next to a convenient store, few minutes walk to the beach/restaurants/spa.

I got to check into the hotel whenever I wanted which was very convenient for me, I stayed for a night and the room had everything I needed. So it was very good for that purpose.

Just enough for a night stay, facilities are old and woke up in the early morning at 3:14 am with fire alarm bell. 

It is located inside the Korean district, so there are a lot of Korean establishments around. There are little ants on the table, but I didn't even see them until I put food there.

Noise all day every day. Unfortunately a big construction site next door and drilling started at 7am everyday including Sunday. The hotel offered to refund me but that was not helpful at the last minute. Otherwise the room was great and staff is kind, but as long as the construction is going on it's rough.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Upon arrival we had to change rooms in which we were assisted quite good. The room was clean and after the second night they cleaned the room. The refrigerator contains water which can be bought and warm water is still available at 11pm. Over all a good Hotel.

The Hotel seemed empty but I had to wait until 3pn to get into my room which was a problem because I arrived at 9am.Apart from that it was clean and comfortable. It's in a very nice quiet location only 10 mins to the beach. There's also a great Shawama café just across the road, very tasty. 😅😅

The Victoria is an excellent destination to relax and have a good time outside the busy Hoi An downtown. The room was kind of clean, but the balconies are not washed automatically. The facility is very well kept, neat breakfast buffet, dedication to the detail. The beach is undergoing protection works, which currently lowers the quality of the experience. We loved the 24-hours open pool.
