Mediocre hotel but good for a couple of nights, make sure its clean! Mine had some ants but after going to the reception they make it brank spanking clean.

The staff, whether the front desk, cleaning, or security, acted professionally and with kindnm understanding when my trip hit a few snags. The room was always spotless (even when I forgot the "do not disturb" sign), the laundry was fast and efficient, and I always felt my bicycle was under safe guard.

I do agree that the room is outdated, however, the beds are very comfortable and it outweighs their location being just located in front of the waterfront and market beside it. Their breakfast was the best ever among the few hotels that we stayed at in DaNang. Their staff in the restaurant are very helpful and show the hospitality with smile gestures at all times.

One of the good features of this hotel is a nicely decorated and comfortably furnished lobby area, for waiting or just relaxing. The wall pieces enhance the overall environment of the area, and they are cool things to look at and take pictures of. Also it is a good meeting place, either for delivery or reception.

My favorite hotel of the trip! It was super affordable, but I didn't expect the environment to be so nice as well. The room was also very large and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Da Nang for an extended period next time.

I stayed in room 703 for family, the room is spacious with 2 large beds so it was very comfortable to sleep, close to the beach and the city center. Quite quiet. Close to restaurants. I had a great vacation.

I find everything here great from the space, the view from the window, the staff to the food and the surrounding facilities. Very suitable for vacations and entertainment. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back and stay here.

For along time I comeback to Danang. We stayed 3 nights in Hanami. Good location close to the beach. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. Should ask for a room with window or balcony. The staff also great and helpful. Thank u for all.

Everything was great, apart from the price! The room was cleaned twice a day, the staff were all very welcoming, and the breakfast was exquisite. The spa was so comfortable that I fell asleep every time. The only downside was the tall building next door, which was a bit of an eyesore.

Not satisfied with the price I’ve just came here from a regular hotel in DaNang and I realize that I better prefer the regular one instead of this resort. Super noise from the garden wedding. Bathroom water smell. Balcony room is not really nice.

Very nice resort with beautiful river views from the rooms. There is also a swimming pool that you can use after a day exploring the town. Rooms are nice, the only problem was with shower where it was difficult to set correct water temperature.

Location is good. I'd suggest skipping the restaurant breakfast buffet. (mostly flavorless dinner items) Wi-Fi worked less than 50% of the time we were in the room. Shower was great for two days but on third no water. A/C worked pretty well but needed to be at maximum for comfort.

The rooms, landscape and ambiance are just great. The location of the hotel is great, close to the beach and many restaurants. On the downside, the breakfast choices are the same every day. The hotel location is good, which is on the bank of Perfume River, in the center of the city and opposite Pham Ngu Lao - bar street. But because of that the hotel was very noisy by tourist singing, cheers when drinking beers until 1am.

The building is a little old, but it's a four-star hotel after all. It's clean and comfortable. There's a restaurant nearby that serves delicious porridge. It might even be better than the breakfast at the hotel.

Went to the Khamy Cafe on the Riverside for coffees, and WOW, what a beautiful place, it is a true secret garden. Was so stoked that we found it. You must visit, heaps of kodak spots and lovely people. Sit by the river, the garden or up on the deck and soak in the serenity. Was truly a special spot.

The Victoria is an excellent destination to relax and have a good time outside the busy Hoi An downtown. The room was kind of clean, but the balconies are not washed automatically. The facility is very well kept, neat breakfast buffet, dedication to the detail. The beach is undergoing protection works, which currently lowers the quality of the experience. We loved the 24-hours open pool.
