Walking distance to the Helio night market. Hotel staffs are friendly. You can see the dragon bridge from the room. But not close enough to view shows from the room.

All the staff was nice, room was clean and quiet location. Breakfast was decent. Nice gym and rooftop swimming pool.

Had a wonderful stay at La Luna Hoi An. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of Hoi An Ancient Town. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile.

This "WAS" my hidden gem. Now it's gone horribly wrong. The excellent classy two front desk ladies no longer work there + the amazing cleaning lady (she left at Lunar New years) Smoking + smoking drugs in this building... I found ashes on toilet paper in my washroom. Could have made a fire. The smoke travels into my room. Had to put tape and towels to stop it. = So now my windows are open. = mosquitoes...

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alyssa in Da Nang! The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect—close to the beach and major attractions. It's the best hotel where I was in Vietnam yet! It's not that luxurious, the room was rather small, but it was very clean, nicely made to the detail and the service was outstanding! Everyone was so nice, could speak English and they helped us where they could, never had such an amazing service, would definately stay here more times. I fully enjoyed the cleanliness and great service from all the staff. however I chose this hotel because of their bathtub as well. Disappointed by it because they control the hot water timing for the bathtub. So there is only hotwater for 10minutes , which is not enough to fill the tub. And for the next 10mins it is cold water. Wow, fantastic! This hotel is a proper resort with a beautiful Southeast Asian vibe. It's super close to the Ancient Town, and there's a shuttle service nearby that takes you to Da Nang. Breakfast was plentiful, and our room had a lovely pool view. The pool was bustling with Western and Korean guests splashing around.

Amazing hotel with so much outdoor space perfectly located in the ancient town! Breakfast buffet is nice, you can choose to sit indoor with conditioning air or enjoy the amazing garden on the outside tables. The room is so spacious, the furniture overall is ok, not too old but still functional, but the sound-proof is not that good, especially in the morning, we can hear the sound from the corridor. I went there from Japan with two friends. To start with the conclusion, this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel is clean and even though the hotel is not directly located across the beach, you can still see the sea view from the room. The beach is just a 5 mins walk away. The location of the hotel is also close to convenience stores and restaurants. There is a Halal restaurant just across the street from this hotel.

The front desk was incredibly slow; the butler only showed up on the first day and was never seen again. The male server at the breakfast restaurant was expressionless, and wouldn't even respond when you said "morning." I stayed four days straight, with no change in breakfast or dinner, and by the end, I didn't want to eat anymore. The breakfast quality was absolutely unworthy of a five-star hotel...

We stayed at Villa P.28 for 2 weeks. Has been the best trip so far. We didnt run into any problems during our stay. Location is good to hop to town fast with a taxi. (Grab) from the Villas. Will come back here for sure. The small mini mart in side the Villa area could be a bit bigger. Thats why 4/5 services.

Hotel in a great location for the beach as its literally across the road, with good beach bars and even a good beach club with a  pool. The service, price, and facilities all exceeded expectations for the value. The rooms are quite spacious, and there's a daily shuttle service to the Old Town (15 minutes away) and Ao Nang Beach. I enjoyed staying in the King suite. The daily house cleaning was excellent and the room always spotless. The breakfast buffet was good, but the fruit selection could be better. The pool is on the roof isxa decent size and is very clean. There are 4 shade umbrellas, however 2 are currently broken. I hope they fix them. Its close to the beach maybe only 5 minutes walk. A really nice hotel, close to the beach and lots of dining options. The bed was large and comfy, the shower large with hot water and the aircon nice and cold. The pool area was nice and relaxing with towels provided. We wanted to stay longer however the room we’d book wasn’t available. We’d happily stay here again.

The table was a little small so we cleared everything to put our belongings. It was dusty and had ants.
