Very kind lady at the reception. Hotel does not have an elevator. I believe all the rooms have a balcony and from any side they have a nice view. I just went there to eat because I stayed in the Hotel next to it and wanted to try the restaurant too. The food was really good and you got not to less. Its for albanian conditions a bit more pricey, but it was worth. We payed like 45€ for two starters, and to mains.
