Very good place with many restaurants, cafes. Also every summer and winter they have Diagoras toys in the city: train, cars, trampoline, popcorn with colors

Elbasan is a good city for Albania, but I would not recommend Elbasan tava.

Great, modern hotel with a nice swimming pool and very nice owner and staff. The price was also very good compared to other hotels nearby

However, the staff seemed confused when we wanted to check out and didn't know the check-out time. Also, the electricity was out quite often, and I got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes

Eating and staying at Zerja Resort was the most satisfied thing I had. The staff very respectful and helped with anything i needed , luxurious rooms and the spa was amazing Thank you

Couldn’t wish for a more perfect stay in Sarande this year. The center is about 20 min walk, and near the hotel you have everything - restaurants, fast foods, markets, everything you need

Wonderful suite ( 301) spacious, private balcony, spotless. The family who runs Napolan could not be nicer and quickly responded to all our needs. The Mom is a super cook and made us a wonderful dinner and breakfast

Good choice in Qeparo Very good choice of hotel in Qeparo. Lots of steps to go the beach but if you can manage, it has a direct access to the beach and the boardwalk

Balcony looking out to road but no chairs. Large bottle of water in room was welcome. We went into lunch and it was all we had feared all inclusive would mean. People everywhere with plates piled high and nowhere to sit

An unacceptable answer to us because we booked the room two months in advance!!! And not on days close to check-in and therefore they could have reserved a front room for us in advance!!! The switch between the hand shower and the bucket faucet in the bathtub was broken

The maintenance man "taught us" to first open a weak stream and then pull the exposed switch screw with our fingers so that water would flow slowly through the faucet and only then increase the stream

Good hotel, excellent location, good service, polite reception staff and maintenance man but: We were given a room facing an inner courtyard with scaffolding and construction dust and therefore also a sealed window with the inability to open for ventilation

In short, discomfort in use and also irritation/roughness of the fingers when pulling an exposed screw - I got the impression that the problem is not new and the hotel simply ignores it instead of fixing it

We asked to move to a front room and were told that everything was taken and there was no room available at the front

Hotel is well located in terms of tourist attractions and within easy walking distance to main restaurant areas and certainly has lots of top quality restaurants within a few hundred metres — try the Fisi Grill & Restaurant within 200m of hotel front door

So if you’re allergic or intolerant you have a problem. Poor cocktail menu, no Negroni’s!!! Nice pool in basement

Room 218 for us had all that was needed for a comfortable overnight stop for a coach group. wifi, clean, roomy, 1 chair, mini-bar, kettle & coffee-making gear. Room 102 overlooks laneway and backyards of homes

Unfortunately the air con was set for winter at 24 degrees and, despite requests to staff, could not be lowered. Buffet breakfast was the poorest of anywhere we had stayed in the Balkans

There is no drinking water in the room and we went to resepsion. They said bar is closed. For water we went to another hotel and we bought the water.

The location of the hotel is ideal for a family holiday. There is a paid beach nearby, 4 € for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella for the day. Inexpensive and very tasty cuisine

The AC in the room sometimes malfunctioned, but the cleanliness was good and the beach and pool were excellent. If I return to Albania I will not stay at this hotel

We had already booked accomodation nearby and saw the restaurant when out walking. The restaurant team were lovely, they allowed us to bring our dog inside (out of the rain) and couldn't be friendlier

They will try to rip you off and make you pay for the towel (10€) even though we were guests at the hotel. This lead to unpleasant conversations and nearly arguing in front of other beach goers
