The grilled vegetables were very tasty and the fried fish was good too. The location is right next to the beach with great sea views.

Super clean family run hotel, spacious and comfortable, central.

This is a gem of a place with what we think is the best location in Ksamil only 100 meters to many of the best beaches and restaurants. Very clean, modern spacious rooms. It is located next to a mosque so there is early morning call to prayer but this is not disturbing, at least not for us.

I have been several times at Hotel Golden, the last time one week ago. We have always had a great time. It is a new hotel in a central location, few minutes by the sea and restaurants, impeccably clean but above all Eranda and the managing staff are super helpful and attentive. Definitely recommended!

the hotel was wonderful... the sea is 150 meters away... the cleanliness was impeccable, towels and sheets were changed every day... everything was nearby, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, we will definitely visit again... my congratulations to owner and staff who were always there when we needed them

They are nice people, don't speak much English but we managed somehow to understand each other. I booked the room by phone and was cheaper than on other apps. When I arrived everything was clean but I spent there 6 nights and they cleaned my room just once, they haven't change the towels and two mornings in row they woke me up at 7 am by slamming the doors. But after all everything was decent!

My experience in the hotel has been really positive. I have no complaints and only compliments for the staf and venue it self. And also my sleep was excellent all thee days which is something rear for me at hotels.

Lovely place run by lovely people, with smile and good heart. The building is impressive by itself, all made of stones and wood, easily reachable as you can park the car few meters below. Spent a night with my family. Very basic hotel, the beds really soft and uncomfortable. The main issue in the room was a shower without a door so all the water is pooring out on the floor and nearby toilets. The location is ok but you'll need to climb a hill on the way back from the beach. not an issue with a car, though. I recommend it only if you're looking for a very simple place to sleep with...

Vacationing family in September, loved the hotel. Clean, very comfortable, cleaned every day, there are all the facilities in the room. Very friendly staff, the service is at a high level. The location is convenient to the sea 5 minutes, 2 km from the city center, near supermarket, many restaurants and cafes.

The area was great and hotel were very characterful, especially the lobby area which was delightfully heritage in it's design and appearance. The room was a great size and was very comfortable with a great view and original styled wooden shutters. Well located, close to the beach, clean, the pool area was very nice, The rooms are spacious and clean and most importantly the service. This is the best stop for sandy beach in Albania. Ksamil is amazing and this hotel has a very quiet private beach with green water. Popular also for camping

It's okay, breakfast is a choice of 3 types of menu.

The price-performance ratio is acceptable. Breakfast is basic, room facilities are basic, there are no blankets or kettles, only thin blankets, and the stairs have no railings, which is unsafe for patients, the elderly, and children. The hotel tax should be 135 LEK, but they demanded 210 LEK in cash, or two euros (190 LEK), which felt like they were overcharging.

I was traveling through Europe by motorcycle and stopped by Albania on my way back! I stopped by the capital for the night and found a hotel to stay overnight! The staff were very helpful and spoke English well! The location was great, easy to find in the city center! The room was a good size, well-decorated, and clean! However, the curtains didn't block out the light and were partially missing! Overall...

The apartment was as described, everything was fine. The internet connection wasn't great, and breakfast wasn't a buffet (as seen in one of the pictures), but rather you could choose from two breakfast options that were brought to your table.

As we drove up in our bus we were excited to see a waterpark, the beach and hear about outside and inside pools. Until all of the extras were explained to us. We had to pay to use a resort deck chair, pay to swim in the indoor pool. Couldn't swim in the outdoor pool,because it was too crowded...there were 3 people in it. Arturs Hotel and restaurant is on a beautiful little beach just before going into Ksamil. The people were very friendly, professional and helpful and we felt very cared for. Me and my boyfriend went to the beach here multiple days. The staff is very friendly and the prices are so much better compared to the rest of Ksamil. We defenitely reccomed this place if you are looking for a more relaxed vibe. There was no loud music; which we enjoyed. The room had so much space, bed linen neat and beds very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had enough space but the showering area had no place to put our toiletry. I could see it once was there by the holes on the walls. There’s a quite a few restaurants downstairs so food wasn’t a problem to find. I’d definitely recommend the place.
