This is a modest Guest House in Durres, which is a small beach town one hour west of Tirana and the airport TIA. The owners are a retired couple who live downstairs the property. There is a language problem for the couple but their daughter comes to the rescue. They are all very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay. Off-road parking for our motorbike. Staff are real friendly and helpful and it’s only a very short walk to the restaurants and the beach. The guesthouse has great rooms and awesome views of the surrounding area. Would recommend staying here.

A lovely stay at the Haka guesthouse. Easily walkable to the beaches and main area of Golem. Comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. This is our 5th year of going here on vacation. Eleni and her family are the best thing that can happen to you in Saranda to meet them. This is a family like no other. Lovely family-run hotel with an amazing sea view. The breakfasts were great and the whole place felt really cozy. It’s a bit outside the city center, but for us that was a big plus — we could actually get some good sleep. The beach is about 1.5 km away, so you do need to walk a bit, but honestly, with the great service and price, it didn’t bother us at all.

A wonderful place to stay, short and long. Truly genuine hospitality by the owner-family, clean, spacious and well-equipped room (stayed in Mimoze), private balcony, seaview, on-site parking and a lovely short walk (off any street) to the promenade and beach. Nice hotel very centrally located. The staff was great. The room was on the town’s square and my window was broken, so it was quite noisy. The curtains are also not blackout curtains, so there was a good amount of light from the plaza. As a result I didn’t get a great night’s sleep.

We did white water rafting and horse riding with them and had an amazing time, they were the highlights of our trip to Albania! Guides were really fun and enthusiastic and committed to making sure everyone was having a great time. We got tonnes of great pictures as well.

Basic cheap pension in front of potimi beach. Rooms are ok with the minimum equipment and good A/C even if a bit noisy inside (due to water pipes, fridge), which is a shame cause the hotel is quite protected from the numerous bars and very active nightlife of himare. Incredible guest house! Toni and his staff are extremely nice people. They made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. He offers great bbq dinner and also the breakfast is very good. The best part though are the olive trees, lemon trees and the tomatoes just next to you.

The Solive Guest House is perfectly situated near the beach in its own garden where they grow fresh vegetables. Tony is very friendly and helpful. Fantastic place to stay, flat access to the town with easy parking. Lovely breakfast a mix of bread, sweet breads, meat and eggs. The owners were incredibly accommodating with our arrival time with food communication and helpful in every way providing fresh towels and shower bits each day. We've only visited the restaurant. The service was good everyone was very kind and we were offered the window seat after we were already sitted to have the efull experience. We are so grateful for this place, it kept us warm and cosy during our stay at Shala river. We didn’t stay here but ended up eating here a few times and staying for hours. They opened up the whole place for us even when they were shut. We went in low season so ended up having some rainy days here. The staff are so friendly and the food is great!

Villa isn't 40 meters from the beach like it was promoted. You have two rows of hotels and Vilas between Bushati and the beach ⛱️. There is no public beach in Ksamil so you have to pay 10 to 25 € just to enter the beach. The beaches are not with natural sand. There were few malfunctions in the room, the light bulb wasn't working good, the fridge sometimes worked, sometimes not, there wasn't always hot water, especially in the evenings, when everybody comes back from the beach.
