This hotel is very close to the centre and is in the traditional Ottoman style. It is modern and well laid out. There was no lift so I had to negotiate the one flight of stairs. Free parking was not available at check in, the room didn't have a balcony as booked, the room given had the AC and the toilet defective..etc. People were very prompt to deal with issues, came with me to find the parking, even carrying my luggage. However, it would be much better if they had a functional TV with a bigger size and more distance between the toilet and the shower cabin or maybe put a shower curtain. Nice new hotel. But the cleaning staff hasn't changed our bedding the whole time we stayed there, nor did we get clean towels. Breakfast was the same everyday and only small changes at the dinner menu. Only 2 members of staff spoke english. We were allowed to the pool only until 5 pm. However if you’re visiting Tirana for the first time you need to know that the hotel is quite on the outskirts, and despite the fact there seem to be many hotels around, it does take 20-40min to get to the city centre. We only stayed one night after flying late from Paris and it was a very nice choice, the reception is open 24/7 and the rooms are very clean. We had to leave early so we didn't have breakfast there but they gave us a breakfast to go which was really nice. The personal is very nice (we forgot something and they sent it to our next location).

It is perfectly located on a charming street near tons of great bars and restaurants, and just a short walk from most of the main attractions. The location is perfect as you can easily walk into central Tirana and Bloku is around the corner. There are excellent bars and restaurants close to the hotel. They are always very attentive and it feels more like you are visiting their home than staying at a hotel. The hotel is not located in the center of the city nor is it on the sea. To reach the hotel one has to climb a steep concrete slope. There is only one small elevator. The room is okay, but small. The bed is firm, the water is hot. The shower is slippery and it sprays water into the rest of the bathroom making it slippery, too. Dinner was not a success. Breakfast was better.
