Fantastic place to stay, flat access to the town with easy parking. Lovely breakfast a mix of bread, sweet breads, meat and eggs.

The owners were incredibly accommodating with our arrival time with food communication and helpful in every way providing fresh towels and shower bits each day.

The gardens are beautiful, parking is easy and secure and it's a lovely place to sit outside and unwind.

Great place to stay. Me and my brother were on a motorcycle trip. The place has a secure (closed from the public) parking.
The breakfast was excellent. I will just say one thing. We had freshly squeezed orange juice...

A really lovely place to stay. The owner is lovely and looks after the guests well. It's a really good location, with a short walk into Barat. It's simple but very reasonably priced. Had parking for out rented car. Breakfast was lovely, maybe a little lacking in coffee, although we never asked if there was coffee, due to the language barrier we thought it was easier just to pop to one of the local shops on our way into Barat. Our room was upgraded into a more modern room partway thought our stay. We ate breakfast outside every morning. Would definitely recommend staying here if your visiting Barat. Very clean also.

Niko is simply the best and sweetest host you can ever meet on a trip. Smiling, proactive, totally welcoming. His smile, garden and location will make you cheer. Flat is wide, with AC and nice bathroom, few hundred meters from the very center of Berat. If you have a camper, a car, a tent, a motorbike or whatever, Niko can host it, and will do it with the biggest smile. The same smile that his homemade breakfast will bring on your face.
PS, take a Photo with Niko to have both Bill Murray and Jack Nicholson on it. Thank you Niko, God bless you.

Walking distance to the city center (5-10min).

The room was very good, with air conditioned and a very good toilet. Niko was really nice and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The only downside was that there was a machine in the garden making noise all night long so we couldn't sleep very good. Maybe it was only that night and it doesn't happen usually.

The welcome was unbelievable!!!! The owners are amazing and the breaksfast was impressive !!! Everything are really amazing !!!!! We are traveling by motorbike and I completely recommend to you. The bed was comfortable, huge room, parking enough !!! I’m gonna repeat as soon as possible l!!!!!!

The owner is a very nice and hospitable person we slept in our tent in his backyard and got a coffee and a tea in the morning. They also can make you a delicious breakfast with homemade food but we had a lot of our stuff to eat so we didn’t take a breakfast. As a compliment we got some fresh fig fruits, vegetables from their garden and bread! Totally recommend this place for camping in Berat city if you want calmness not far from the Berat castle and warm welcoming.
