This hotel is well situated near monuments and restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel has poor maintenance. They couldn't/wouldn't fix the air conditioning. People had to change keys/rooms because the lock mechanism wasn't working. Our room was on the main street. The staff were excellent, the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good. However, the building work around the hotel made relaxing at the pool and on the terrace impossible. The hotel, or *******, should advise guests, before they book that the disruption is intrusive and makes the pool area unsafe (by UK standards).

Great hotel lovely people. But day after arriving we wanted to use the pool and was told that it was closed down for the winter. No deck chairs. Great place to visit. Not sure if because its off season or if its the way in Albania but there was no sense of urgency from anyone. We ate once in the restaurant and the food was okay, it was very quiet so you would have thought the service to be better. Breakfast buffet starts at 730am but all the hot food was cold by 830 and clearly not cycled through for hygiene so just be careful.

And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny rooms. How Radisson allowed this for the price is beyond me. Sometimes, you literally can't move around in them.

Building is beautiful. Rooms are nice. Customer experience is lacking. Spa pricing is a nonsense. 20 eur per sauna per person per 20 minutes! That could be just added value since the saunas are heated anyways and no one uses them with this ridiculous plan. Extremely disappointed. Got the low level room looking at the neighboring building with clothes hanging on the balconies. Usually premium members...

Hotel and staff are very nice. AC was switched to heating a week before arrival which we didn’t know. It was a bit warm in the room but once we opened the balcony door and kept it open throughout he night it felt cool.
