The advantage was the location right on the beach and also the fact that the hotel is not too big and there is no shortage of space during meal times, by the pool or on the hotel beach

Excellent service, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The sea view is stunning and the atmosphere truly relaxing. Definitely coming back!

Where do I even start from?? This place is the best place have ever been in my life, service is top notch and their staffs are so nice and calm, I never regret every bit of my stay in this place, even when I am supposed to check out at 11am they were so calm till my cab came at 5pm

One of a kind hotel Amare at this location with 2 pools, great service, awesome and always smiling staff to highlight the one unique staff member Aldi, very knowledgeable and familiar with everything, he was all over the place helping visitors with restaurant and almost everything in and out of the hotel

So this is my first time in Albania and it was the best introduction I’ve had to country ever! The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff are the best and nicest human beings you could meet in your life

We had a good stay here! We stayed for one night and arrived in the afternoon. We had a nice, somewhat small, room with sideview of the sea

The location was far from Tirana city centre, this made it cost consuming as we spend more money on transportation to Tirana city centre everyday.

Located close to beach with beach chairs we were able to enjoy a little afternoon sun and cocktail on beach. Newly upgraded modern hotel with parking and elevator. Rooms were good size very comfortable with balcony

The wifi could be much stronger and more consistent. The rooms are clean and the views, even inland, are very pretty

Also the hotel is very near the main lakeside beach but also has its own beach area with sunbeds and parasols (free to use). I feel I got what i wanted: we had two suite rooms with lake views

It has amenities like access to a pool, sauna, fitness center, and a privatized lakeshore beach with deck chairs and shade umbrellas. You can get your laundry done for an extra fee

The hotel has a good cafe/ bar/ seating area on the ground floor. The beach area is partly sandy, partly pebbly

And unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring it to your room so if you want to eat on the balcony for respiratory disease safety, you are going to have to contend with cigarette smoke. Not really an appetizing choice

Outside the hotel, the ground is a little higher above the lake than the main beach, so you step down to get in the water and there are little jetties you can use. The lake water is clear and pleasant to swim in

The beach had very comfortable sunbeds and plenty of umbrellas available for guests, however they do not provide beach towels. There is also a lovely pool area at the hotel

Very tricky to access the sea here, lots of rocks, you need to walk 15-20 minutes and then you get to a nice beach. All pebbles so bring your aqua shoes. Receptionists and staff all very friendly

Lovely pool area, clean and attentive staff, some building work going on near the sea - but looked almost finished

30 mins drive to Himare for cave swimming and another nice beach. 20 mins drive to Dhermi for very posh restaurants. Room was very new and very nice. Power shower and comfortable bed

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. A 5-minute walk across the road took you to the hotel’s private beach which has a beach bar with very friendly staff

Due to the beach facilities and close proximity to the beach, I would definitely stay here again

We stayed in the Deluxe Triple Room with Sea View, and it was modern, clean, spacious, and everything was working perfectly

But once we arrived, I realized it was completely the opposite of what I had feared! The hotel was wonderful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming — totally different from what some of the negative reviews suggested

I do not recommend entering the sea for children as there are stairs, but children can have fun in the pool. For a few hours it is possible go well

Having said that- Leonara at reception was great. The city of Saranda jas no soul. The beaches not great Just fast food and more of the same. Too many high rises- mass tourism at its best

The citylife was a bit noisy sometimes, so if you have a hard time sleeping in noisy environments, ear plugs are recommended. Overall, we would suggest this hotel to everyone and could stay there again someday!

One of the best hotels around with a reasonable price. It's a little bit away from the center but that's better, The town is noisy and crowded and sometimes messy

The road to the hotel passes by a graveyard which is something you don't expect. It's a nice hotel with a little pool, a private beach which is included in the price. There was beautiful live music each night we stayed

The private beach area was wonderful. As we were hear during a quieter season there weren't all the activities you'd have in summer but that didn't bother us, we were just here to relax

The rooms were clean and very comfortable stay. Was over as part of a large group of England football fans going to watch the game against Albania, was half expecting a bit of hostility but was given the exact opposite

The hotel is new and really good, our room did not have a balcony so make sure to ask for a room with a balcony (personal preference) they have a private beach area and it is really good just make sure to bring water shoes as there are sea urchins in the water and the beach is with pebbles

public area are several times a day cleaned by the staff very nice people working at the hotel. the lady at the reception, the hotelmanager and the waiters are were helpfull and friendly

Great value, excellent hotel First time visit to Albania. The hotel was close to the port (10to 15 mins but bus or taxi, around 20euros if you get a cab or 100 lek pp on the bus)

We were given a stand alone room overlooking the sea and literally 10 yards walk to the beach (pebble). The breakfast had entry of choices (nothing over fancy but very good and a wide choice)

A few small notes: check if the pool is open if you're visiting early in the season, and make sure your room includes a fridge if needed

Amazing stay by the sea! Harbour Hotel is a hidden gem just outside the center of Saranda. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking sea views

They have a bar there to order food, cocktails, and coffee. It was very reasonably priced- about €8 per cocktail. The front desk helped arrange our taxi to the Blue Eye (36 min ride there) and Ksamil (30 min ride there)

Her availability was invaluable at all times—she helped me with the language barrier, supported me with any need, and even assisted with parking arrangements

Had the best stay here! I came from America and my friend came from Ireland. Este at the front desk made our whole trip the BEST! She was so helpful and attentive. We swam and laid right in front of the hotel
