I liked the hotel very much and I’ve enjoyed the experience, the beach is very close to the hotel, the rooms are very clean and big and also the breakfast is good

Everything was perfect: -Breakfast was very good, everything was fresh and tasteful, with a lot of options of fruits and handmade deserts; -Room was furnished with brand new amenities, with a large balcony and wonderful seaview; everyday and everything was sparkle clean; -Private beach was lovely, not overcrowded with very nice beachbar serving good cocktails

Maybe, what we could say as a downside that can be improved is the sunbeds mattreses which I think need a deep cleaning or changing them; BUT this is a very little detail that didn’t ruin our overall experience at all

-Staff are the best - they are always greeting and smiley to us. If you are looking for a hotel with a nice breakfast, a lovely beach and a good night sleep, dont hesitate coming here

The pool was clean and big, they have plenty of beds and cabanas available for guests in the beach area. The restaurant and the bars provided very good food and cocktails

Hotel was nice from the outside. Very beautiful pool and beach area. The room was big enough with a small balcony but the bathroom was very old and a bit and not practical

This place is absolutely incredible. The people, food, and pool are all amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

We were pleasantly surprised that Sarande Palace was an exception, the building is situated towards the end of the boulevard which gives the most beautiful sunset view and quietness, as the busy section of Sarande is very noisy

Ory - the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and perfect. She seriously runs the place and cares for the service they provide to guests

The service was on a high level and the prices were competitive. The view from room balcony was spectacular. The rooms were clean, updated and thoughtfully furnished

the staff was always very helpful and they were always there if we needed anything. the food was delicious, sometimes a little too spicy. the hotel is right next to the beach which was very important to us

We stayed here for only one night, unfortunately. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms were so clean and comfortable. Great location, walking distance between the center/port

However there were a few issues that did let it down in my view, firstly the lift needs updating as it is more of a death trap as the doors just seemed to shut and the sensors didn't seem to work

Nice hotel, large pool and private beach, however the rooms are outdated

The hotel, the swimming pool, the large space with food points on stilts directly on the sea, very very beautiful especially at sunset! The pizzeria also belonging to the hotel makes very good pizzas 😋! I only give 4 stars for the location because some rooms (our first night) overlook a very very very busy road and are smaller than those we had the next day thanks to the kindness and understanding...

Friendly staff (despite the language barrier) and good experience overall. The pool has some algae on the walls which wasn't very inviting

We had the package with breakfast included, very generous! I can only thank again our main contact at the hotel, Oresti who manages the reception but so many other things, always smiling, always looking for satisfactory solutions always with the desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible, incredible ☺️ with very good advice, attentive and very kind! I don't forget the manager of the restaurant...

The overall impression is good, it's the Balkans - Albania from the airport is literally "crammed" with people and cars, as well as the transfer traffic jams on the highway

Staff were very helpful and friendly! Overall a very good stay. Close to the beach, beds comfortable, good breakfast selection, clean and location good. Areas for improvement - tv reception and tv settings.

The pool area was very clean and inviting and your only a stone throw away from the beach. Your a 5 minutes walk from the very central part of sarande were you have all the bars and restaurants with a lovely chilled vibe

We had a very lovely stay hear, the staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are basic but have everything you need and very clean. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was great

Great service by all staff especially the manager who dropped us off at the port as we couldn't get a taxi. Lovely reception team, friendly and very attentive

There is a little shop directly opposite hotel or you can grab all your basic needs and a slightly bigger one two minute walk away

The Elvis bar is a must visit especially on a Saturday night, A big thumbs up from us and we will definitely be back again

The private beach area was a great bonus, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!

Would have been 5 star but few little niggles to share in the hope they can be corrected for others. As early in season none of the swimming pools were open. Again when asked when due to be open very vague responses

It's a clever solution that each room has an assigned umbrella, making beach days hassle-free

The staff was helpful and accommodating; they had no problem preparing an early breakfast for us and were responsive to our requests throughout our stay. Breakfasts were tasty with a good selection of dishes

The location is perfect, easy to find. The beach is very quiet and relaxing and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. It’s very, very clean. The food and service is amazing and all of the staff is very kind :)

In all honesty, I would score this hotel 11 out of 10! From every aspect of the friendly and helpful staff, wonderful facilities, quality comfort, well appointed spacious rooms and bathrooms, spotlessly clean, fabulous restaurant & bar facilities, reasonable cost, fantastic beach chairs and beach service, perfect location, overall, this hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Demi during my stay in Saranda. The location is absolutely perfect—right by the sea, with breathtaking views from the balcony and restaurant area

Lovely, modern place with delicious local food, kids-friendly, welcoming, hard-working staff and amazing swimming pools. Sunbeds in the beach as well as around the swimming pools are not scarce

I must say this is the best hotel I've been to in Albania so far. They've got everything - two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children with warmer water, fountains and three water slides

The Hotel is a bit far from the beach so I would recommend a room on the higher floors, with a balcony facing the sea. The view made it feel extra luxurious

The rooms themselves are super clean, comfortable and modern looking which made them very relaxing. The place is super family and kid friendly with lots of playgrounds and pools

It was tied up every day (even the clothes were folded). Another thing that amazed me was the food. Every day I had the chance to try something new and every time I was very satisfied. In fact, I will miss the food a lot

There are live gigs every weekend which add up to great atmosphere of the hotel. My only concern were cables laying loosely on the floor in outdoor toilets but obviously you should wear flipflops in places like these

The hotel is perfectly located with a breathtaking view and right on the seaside! The staff were super nice and helpful. There are very good restaurants and beach clubs very close by.

Our room was spotless and comfortable, and after the first night, the housekeeping team did an outstanding job tidying and refreshing everything — the attention to detail was impressive

We also appreciated the flexibility of the breakfast service; even though we arrived a bit late one morning, the staff kindly offered us a great selection of food with a smile

Overall, Sejko Hotel provided excellent service, cleanliness, and hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saranda and would gladly stay again in the future

What I appreciate the most is the variety of entertainment and that this place grants, you can either enjoy yourself by one of the pools (in winter time they have an indoor pool) or spend some time with your friends at the beach bar, and even have some alone time at the gym in case you don’t want to skip your daily gym session

The kid’s club is a plus in case you want to have a break from the kids and surely the fact of being close to the beach plays a big part itself

The food was great, and we enjoyed trying out different dishes. The beach was sandy and perfect for relaxation

I appreciated the peculiar dishes of the buffet, especially the traditional albanian food (there also are many other choices provided) and I also got to try the small restaurant

This Resort is a must-visit! I recently spent 6 fantastic days there with my friends, and we all had an amazing time. The resort was spotless, and everything was just perfect

I will probably come back with my friends, curious about future changes and improvements of this place!

Impressive location! I recommend you to visit the place at spring and autumn,because at the summer time it gets overpopulated. Nice beachfront club and restaurant. They have pools of different sizes and kinds

The burger had lots of tomatoes and cucumbers and hardly any meat also we have hard piece of black plastic inside that broke my tooth. We will not be coming back here during our stay

We visited the aqua park, the price to enter is outrageous. Then we could only eat there as you cannot bring food in with you and the food was disgusting

I came for holiday with my family here. The hotel is very nice. Rooms with AC, comfortable beds. The view is amazing- you wake up everyday looking at the sea. Bartender Erika is the best! Very talkative and kind :))

I recently stayed at Mediterrane Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay

The hotel is located on a hill, so you should expect some walking up and down — going down is easy, but the climb back up requires a bit of effort unless you have a vehicle

Spacious, clean room with a lovely view; higher floors are preferable. The restaurant is rather dreary, the outdoor facilities need renovation, and there's a general lack of maintenance outside.

Definitely worth staying at the Grand Hotel Sarand The best things about the Grand Hotel Saranda was the access to the beach, the close proximity to the downtown Promenade, the food at the restaurant by the beach, the pool, and the friendly, ever-helpful front desk staff

Great to have the use of a pool and loungers on the sea front. Conveniently located. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The seafood was fresh and delicious , a real highlight! We loved the direct access to the sea, perfect for a morning swim, and the on-site nightclub added great energy to our evenings

They even left stones in the corners of the stairs, showing little attention to detail. The pool was dirty most of the time and was only cleaned on the second-to-last day of our stay

The fredo cappuccino is delicious and the pasta with shrimp was tasty as well. There is a beautiful lobby there that is huge and there are lots of chairs and couches to sit at as well as outside chairs and couches

Very clean rooms with really nice design, comfortable bed, new furniture and good look. We faced some issues in the room, but they were solved very quickly with exceeding our expectations

My room was also facing the seaside so the views were quite breathtaking. The adjacent beach offered crystal-clear water and clean sand. The atmosphere was also very special that it really felt like home

The hotel is well made and also maintained. In general it has been a wonderful stay. Good service and we were able to check-in early. Parking can be a bit taught as a main road is just outside

Additionally, the AC is not turned on during your absence and this makes the room like a souna when you get back. The breakfast is OK, not the best and by far not the worst

When it comes to the rooms, they have been cleaned everyday and i have nothing to complain about. The small thing that everyone should know is that the beds are very stiff
