The price-performance ratio is acceptable. Breakfast is basic, room facilities are basic, there are no blankets or kettles, only thin blankets, and the stairs have no railings, which is unsafe for patients, the elderly, and children. The hotel tax should be 135 LEK, but they demanded 210 LEK in cash, or two euros (190 LEK), which felt like they were overcharging.

The Hotel is located in the best point of Vlore's Seaside. During the day you can easily relax at the beach in front of it or start the descent towards the best beaches in the south since the tunnel starts immediately after. In the evening you have the best restaurants and night clubs at hand. The owner was very kind and helpful during our stay.

We stayed for 4 days. Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and nice. They came every day to clean them and change towels and sheets. A generous breakfast was included. Parking was available. It was practically on the beachfront. Affordable price.

Cheap, a/c worked, couldn't hear street below. Heard breakfast was meh, but didn't eat so cannot confirm. No elevator.

We where first greeted by Tommy at reception, who was charming, friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble for all the Staff at Harbour. The room was comftable and spotlessly clean, the hotel had beautiful artwork and sculptures dotted around, the restaurant served beautiful food and the pool was cleen and a nice temperature, sunbeds were comfortable and enough to go round. This is an amazing place! The staff here is really friendly and helpful. They even suggest the food you could order depending on what you like. The room booking includes breakfast.

My 2 friends and I stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights! Tommy, the guy at the reception was so sweet and helpful. The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. We also enjoyed staying at the pool! Would recommend 10/10 experience.

Nice hotel, very clean, modern rooms. Nice view from the balcony. Friendly staff, especially Tom in the reception. However, the “third bed” in the deluxe junior suite was just a normal sofa they put sheets on. Stopped in this hotel to visit Sky Dental to have work completed. If this is what you are here for then the hotel is fit for purpose. If your here for a city break then there are better locations. Overall it is fit for purpose. Breakfast is a none starter I'm afraid.

This nice small 4S hotel is part of a quiet, closed residential estate, which also contains a restaurant-cafe where breakfast is served. Very nice, large and clean rooms with modern bathrooms. The off-centre location is within walking distance to Bulevardi Zogu I and Sheshi Skenderbej.

A quiet place only 1 kilometer from city center. There are a little garden in front of the hotel with a café where you can eat and get something to drink. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly.
