Prestige Hotel Tirana in Tirana

I'm staying here through Skydental, which has free accommodation in this hotel. I was just treated horribly at the breakfast service. Lady didn't feel like serving I the first place, and rushed me out as soon as it was 10am, while had no rush to kick out the other customers. I've told the front desk about this,and I waiting for a reply from them, otherwise I'll just leave this review as is. Not to mention cleaning is almost non existing. There is tons of girls hair on the hallway for days. Windows haven't been clean for a year or so.

I'm in the hotel right now, it's about 10 PM. Unfortunately I have to say that the receptionist is unbelievably rude and impolite. An attitude I never ever seen in a hotel. She doesn't speak any language, only albanian which is something unbelievable just for the nature of her job. If you ask for something she would fake to not understand and mistreat you in a way so rude that I'm totally speechless. Of course she refused to tell her name and when I mentioned the possibility to have a bad reviews the answer was: "I can't care less" Wow! IF YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED AND ABUSED THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE

Terrible experience, couldn't be worse. I feel I am humiliated. Here is what happened just now: I am on business trip at Tirana since May 30th, and stayed in prestige hotel since then. This afternoon I back from office to hotel, reception told me I need to move out tonight coz there is a group coming tomorrow. They arranged another hotel nearby. It's not convenient to change room, not mention with such a short notice. However, I agreed. But when I back to room and plan to pack my luggage, I found all my belongings have been packed. They are too thoughtful. All I need to do is take my luggage and go! I can't believe this, feel like I have been kicked out by the hotel. @ prestige hotel, do you have any respect to your customer? Do you have any respect to your customer's privacy? Who gives you the right to touch your customer's belongings without their consent?
