A very kind reception girl, very helpful and the breakfast was good. They don't have an elevator tho, so consider this before. The room was clean and nice, but since this is in central Tirana, the traffic noice is pretty loud. Bring earblugs if you're a light sleeper!

We didn't get the double bed room we booked via booking.com but otherwise a nice hotel with big rooms. Right in the center of Tirana.

Our airline lost and bags and we went on a 24 hour lost and found game with them. The Hotel Stela Centre staff were so incredibly helpful, making phone calls for us, booking us an extra night and helping us get back to the airport when they were finally found! Rooms are comfortable and clean. But the service was brilliant. Thank you!!

Nice rooms and awesome service. Everything clean, very clean. The location was perfect and we enjoyed a nice breakfast. We did a mistake in the booking and we chose the Twin Room instead of the Deluxe Room, despite of arriving late at night we could change it. The reception was all the time very nice and friendly. Great hotel for a short city stay. Located in the heart of the city with easy access to popular tourist attractions by foot or public transport. A really nice hotel! The woman at the reception was very kind and helpful. The room was super clean and tidy, a shower with good water pressure and I loved the ac. Friendly staff. Location was a bit difficult at first to find because it shows differently on Google maps. The room is clean however needs an upgrade. Simple things in a shower like a shower curtain are missing so the bathroom gets wet completely after you shower. The towel rack is also broken.

Perfect structure, central location. The rooms are very clean and quiet, the owner is very kind and helpful, he gave us excellent advice on how to get around and what to visit. We will definitely be back. Air conditioning works perfectly.

The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

Actually, it doesn't worth the money I paid. The room is big and that is good. Safe to stay they have security and the people are so welcoming. Also, the hotel is quite close to the center and that is really time saving.. But the hotel is under the average, I think. Because everything in the room was very old. And the bed was not comfortable so I woke up with an ache in my back.

Exceptional stay. The family who run this place have large hearts who go above and beyond in taking care if you. I even cancelled another hotel just to spend my final night here! The rooms are unique but for the price, location and quality of service, unbeatable.

The staff is speaking English well (they used to live in the US for a while). They are friendly, and the rooms are clean and quiet. I guess there is no better place. It is at the city centre, but still not crowded or noisy. Besides they could serve my special claims to store a bicycle while I stayed there. So I can say no complain.

You can't be closer to the City Center. Everything is located in walikng distance - historic monuments, caffes, Opera, Blocks, restaurants ... It is not a fency hotel, but family owned, so the price is reasonable, very clean, with funny lights, refrigerator, air conditioning, some rooms with terrace, near by is guarded parking (extra charge), hotel and parking are slightly withdrawn from the main street...

It’s just fine. If you buy a cheaper room, you get the top Floor which isn’t great but it’s what you can expert for the price. Nice pool! Relatively close to the airport so that’s nice. Good italian place nearby.

The occasional wedding nearby added to the charm. The pool is stunning and open 24/7. None of the tedious prohibition signs you get elsewhere. This Hotel is maybe the best deal in whole Tirana for its price. We dont know why but it felt really cozy inside and you where able to sleep perfectly! Our flight got delayed and on contacting the host they responded very quickly and gave us alternate options of contacting them to check-in we reached late at night.
