Location and pricewise it's an ok hotel not when you are trying to check in to a hotel late in the evening and has nobody on reception. When we got there it was fortuitous that the front door was open so we could at least see how to connect to some WiFi and have a number to contact on WhatsApp. We were instructed to go to the fast food place next door who told us the card we saw in reception was the card for our room however by this point the door had been shut and we were locked out and the fast food guy had to ring someone to buzz us back in.

The fast food guy sorted out the payment for the room and did give a receipt.
The room was a bit dated and not brilliant for anything other than a one night stay. The handle for the sliding door to the bathroom was broken, the TV had no channels and downloaded apps didn't work.
One of the pillowcases had someone's eye make up on and made me worry if it was fresh bedding.

The really annoying thing was being given a partial toilet roll that had little left on it and they left it on the cistern and thus gets easily knocked down a bizarre void behind the toilet that you then have to fish out with a coat hanger! Being left with little or no toilet paper when.youve checked in late and there's no.staff on site isn't great!

Excellent.
The manager was impressively amazing and very helpful. The staff were respectful, cheerful, and dedicated. I loved my time at Hotel Nobel Tirana. I recommend tourists to use the facility 👍 👌 👍 👌

Very good place to rest and sleep. Great location. Quite and clean. Facility is not new, but everything works properly and clean. Information for girls who travel alone, you would have to pickup the luggage to the 2nd floor upstairs. Very nice place for such cost.

+ Their centralized location and private room with bth was OK for to me. The satff was OK. Might be a good base for to the business travellers for a couple of the nights.

The price was too high for Albanian standards and what they offer in total. Breakfast wasn't good. AC was working and the bathroom was like everywhere in Albania: a bit nasty with broken things.
