It's 1 a.m., and the Moldovan football coaches staying at the hotel have been talking loudly and laughing on the terrace for four hours, and the hotel staff is doing nothing! The phone in the room doesn't work. Even though I went downstairs to complain, nothing changed. They came to breakfast as a team, and the hotel staff even warned me and my friends to get up if they're finished. This is a disturbing attitude. I don't recommend this hotel.

amazing place ,modern spacious and the host was amazing . very cheap and city center 3 min walk from the city center , everything near , restaurant ,supermarket ,bakery and pharmacy , its self checkin and you get the codes to enter inside without meeting anyone

Eurostar hotel, was as good as I had seen on the internet/ website. Very clean, renovated, spacious rooms, well airconditioned. Not well soundproofed though. Staff must speak better english and be more polite. Breakfast was adequate, but a negative thing were the disposable coffee & juice cups. Great wifi. Located at a walking distance to the city center. Overall, it's fine for a few nights in Tirana, value for money hotel. Trip April 2025.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel that alone charges administration fee of 10 EUR per person per night + service fee of 5 EUR per person per night not to mention other costs! I have travelled all over and never stayed in a hotel that has so high fees! The receptionist tried to make us feel better by offering us free breakfast but we had to pay 160 EUR for these extra tax costs for 2 people for 4 nights! f we had known that this hotel charges so many taxes we would have never went!

Scam
I had an extremely disappointing stay at hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place is not what it claims to be. The taxes they charged were completely off, not aligned with local laws, which feels like a scam.
The room was in terrible condition: a broken bed, missing pieces in the bathroom, and absolutely no maintenance. On top of that, the staff had a terrible attitude, showing no concern for guests.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. It’s the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I left feeling cheated. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!

Everything looks nice at a distance, but if you look closer it's all Chinese budget stuff. E.g. the door handle feel of from the door, the stairs to the restaurant are woobly as hell, the marble reception is just printed plywood and the reception smelled sewage when we arrived. Really cheap though and good location

Very unprofessional hotel, took the money for the whole stay from my card even after I cancelled my booking days before the free cancellation date. Talked with the manger promised me a refund after a week. The week has passed and yet I didn’t receive the money. Think ALOT before trusting the hotel with your money.

Bad hotel . Facilities are poor , As there's no water available for all time. And services are less than poor as I had passed a whole night without Air-conditioning in spite that I asked many times for fixing that problem, they didn't provide any technician or other room

Be careful!
1 No swimming pool and spa, and they say there is !!!!.
2. No room at the hotel that I ordered: 2-bedroom suite (so I made 2 reservations)
3. The walls of the room as in the attached photos, streaks, falling paint -room no 1208
4. They inform about the option all incusiwe - there is no, and these are dishes from the menu.
5. Even the name of this hotel is different: Tirana Hotel
6. They make it impossible to pay with a Euro card, only in
Albanian currency (ALL) at a very unfavorable rate.
7. Paid parking, no information available when booking.
8. Impudent service.
9. Poor breakfast, not buffet.

Amenities are listed incorrectly on Expedia.com and maybe other websites. There is no pool at this hotel. The AC broke when it was so hot at night. I was moved to their other hotel across the street which also had AC problems. Water was pouring from that AC unit or the floor above, not sure which. I had to put towels down. It was pooling in the room.. Price is good compared to other higher cost options in Tirana but you get what you pay for. I don't consider this a 4 star hotel. 3 stars is generous.
