It's 1 a.m., and the Moldovan football coaches staying at the hotel have been talking loudly and laughing on the terrace for four hours, and the hotel staff is doing nothing! The phone in the room doesn't work. Even though I went downstairs to complain, nothing changed. They came to breakfast as a team, and the hotel staff even warned me and my friends to get up if they're finished. This is a disturbing attitude. I don't recommend this hotel.

Absolutely terrible ! Very small rooms, no air circulation, broken equipment, and location in front of the prison.

Eurostar hotel, was as good as I had seen on the internet/ website. Very clean, renovated, spacious rooms, well airconditioned. Not well soundproofed though. Staff must speak better english and be more polite. Breakfast was adequate, but a negative thing were the disposable coffee & juice cups. Great wifi. Located at a walking distance to the city center. Overall, it's fine for a few nights in Tirana, value for money hotel. Trip April 2025.

This should be the hotel I will stay at next time. It has an excellent location, no noise troubles, and there is a supermarket at the door. The National Museum, Opera House and Airport Bus Stop are 10-15 minutes walking distance. The breakfast is rich and healthy. The only drawback is that the food waste of the guests is beyond imagination. It is recommended that the hotel strengthen management and place warning signs on each table to remind guests to be self-disciplined and save food.

Basic hotel, requires renovation and better cleaning policies and new batteries for their door.

Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. Also there was no iron in the room. Besides these issues, the overall atmosphere and reception was great. Loved the breakfast.

I enjoyed my trip at the hotel. All staff were very kind. I was a little nervous because of the missing payment at the entrance. I was tired from the journey and they could have taken this into consideration and sent me to my room and then taken the remaining payment later. At least I expected such kindness. But my entire stay from that day onwards was so wonderful. The room was clean. However, the bathroom supplies were not as written and were missing. For example, it was written as there is a toothpaste. I did not buy toothpaste accordingly. But there wasn't. These are sensitive issues for me. And most people choose their hotel according to what is written in the room. If such sensitive issues are taken into consideration, the hotel is very wonderful, its location is central and you can almost go everywhere on foot (if you like walking). It is both quiet, the employees are great, the housekeeping lady is very polite and meticulous. Except for a few things, I was very pleased. If I go again, this is the hotel I will choose.
Thank you for everything!
