Very nice hotel near the city center. Rooms are clean with plenty of space and good views to the Valira. Parking (extra cost) is a little bit a problem though, as we can't book it in advance and if full we can only park 10 minutes away. Service is nice and costs are ok. Gym needs a little maintenance.

Had such a wonderful time at the hotel, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Anything we asked for was no problem and the food was absolutely phenomenal!!!! Federico was our waiter most days and he was really charming and enthusiastic. He was always available when needed and great to chat with. We would 100% come again.

The hotel is located in the centre with spacious rooms. Receptionists are friendly and can speak different languages. Everything was good until the morning of the check-out day. I have already asked for a 30-minute extension and got accepted by the reception. However, since 10:58 (before the check-out time) the housekeepers kept knocking on my door and shouting in a very rude tone (4 times in total). I have replied in English to them from inside my room that I have requested another 30 minutes, but it seems like they don’t understand, so I shouted out loud “un moment si us plau”. And after I’ve informed them about that, they even forced the door open to enter my room. This act is an extreme harassment towards customer which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. When I went out of the room and the housekeepers saw me in the hallway, they did not even say Sorry and just walked away. I feel extremely disrespected and I feel like I am not treated as a human at all.

Great hotel, great location, although its in the main area for shopping, its really quiet inside the rooms. Great breakfast, service, clean. Really recomended

Don't book rooms 406 -410. The view is a parking lot wall that is inches away from the balcony. The hotel's receptionists were really nice; however, the room service was funny—they left the balcony doors open and never refilled coffee or tea. The breakfast was good enough. The best aspect of this hotel is the location.

Excellent location. The room was quite pleasant with a great view, featuring a lovely balcony. Swift check-in and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

The location was great! The staffs were very friendly and helpful. When I got off the bus, I did not have the Internet access but I remember the hotel was close to the famous bridge by the river so I followed the river and found the hotel easily. The room where I stayed was just in front of the bridge!

Hotel location is good and convenient, right next to shopping centre. Though the hotel is a bit old, but the room is tidy and clean. Hotel staff is polite and helpful.  Carpark is available at €24 per night.

Very friendly owner. Well located in the center, no parking, simple to sleep one or two nights

Small but clean rooms with the basics to spend a weekend skiing or visiting the area. Great value for the price. Very well located, in the center. The staff is nice and independent access to the rooms. The furniture and facilities are quite old but comfortable. There was some smell of toilet all over the floor and at night there was a lot of noise from other guests who came into the rooms screaming.

A good deal with us, he even helped us with a question we had about the orange car park.

The room where we were for the price it was, 3 people and one night is super well priced. I liked that at night when I arrived the room was warm.

What I would like to emphasize is that the slightest noise you make will be heard, to take it into account. Few plugs (2 if you don't count the one behind the TV) and you don't have to plug it all the way in because otherwise it won't charge (in my case I used a charger for my Samsung mobile)

Old rooms, WiFi don’t work correctly, really rude staff.
Quality-price relation really bad.
I don’t recommend this pension.

Not good value for the price paid. The triple room was too small, there was no wifi and the staff was rude. Dont5pay for the parking as there are far better options to leave the car in the city and less expensive.
