Fabulous location in the heart of the shopping and dining areas of Andorra la Vella. Outstanding staff, hotel rooms, lounge area, and very quick elevators. Everything that we wanted to see was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a truly delightful three-night stay at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Andorra. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions, yet the hotel itself provided a peaceful retreat when we wanted to relax. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, including the high-quality amenities and the serene atmosphere of the hotel.

Every year we come back to this hotel as everything is perfect. The location is great we walk to all shops & restaurants.
As soon as we arrive from Spain we are welcomed by the bellboy, Felipe recognizes us as well as Julio. They park our car and at the receptionist José is always super polite and friendly. For our family it is like coming home here.

Amazing hotel! Super clean, comfortable, and cozy. The spa has everything you need to relax. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful—special thanks to Felipe, who was amazing! Highly recommend, 10/10!

Worst service i ever had for a 5 star hotel and the price!! It’s like 3 star hotel only!!!! The service is so slow and so bad and they dont like for you to ask anything from them!!! They get angry and close on your face!!! and its far from the slopes so better get a hotel closer to skiing place.

It can be done much better.
Good check in, ok room, but consider the breakfast as scam. There was nothing hot at the buffet, and we were informed that we could order from a menu card, with mostly sandwich. First when i asked if they could make something else, like bacon, eggs and other stuff, it came up. I asked for sofrboiled eggs, that needed to boiled for 6 minutes. But they onky got 2-3 minutes and was raw inside. Tge becan looked liked something that had been heated under hot water and not fried. And for that they want 24 euro,and no discount for badly served food. Dont do that. Go somewhere else.
We also went to the spa. I like spa, to relax, but there was a group of 6 spanish women that was shouting for 1 hour, and had no respect for others and the staff said nothing.
And watch out for the floor. It can be slippery. The 1 hour we were there, we saw 2 felt.
