Reviews
The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and good, and so was dinner.
The room was fine, but it had a very bad smell, and they told me it was because it's a hot springs area, which isn't the case, but because of drainage problems. They told me they'd find a solution, but nothing. They had rooms available when I returned, and I still had the same problem, not even a simple air freshener. When I spoke to the receptionist, who was different, they offered to change my room, but it was too late because they didn't give me that option, and a 4-star hotel can't offer that service. We won't be back.
Staff were helpful and warming. The room was good but the hotel is on a busy road so a little noisy at times in the room. Overall good and if going back would stay there again
My room was on the third floor and directly opposite the lifts, which fortunately didn’t cause any disturbance during the night as I originally feared. The room was a good size and although a little basic and dated provided a comfortable stay, along with a nice view towards the centre of the city. The bed was large with a good number of electric sockets at both sides, there was a large desk and although the mini bar was empty there were complimentary bottles of water provided. The bathroom was also a bit dated but perfectly clean and the shower head above the bath was decent. No gowns but the towels were nice enough along with the toiletries and the room gave a decent few night’s sleep.
One of the reasons I booked this hotel was the roof top bar, so it was a shame this remained closed throughout my stay despite the weather being glorious. Although there’s some nice seating, reading material and the fireplace, the bar on the ground floor isn’t quite as impressive and it’s also a shame it closes promptly by 11pm, despite a member of staff still being there to staff reception.
It’s a decent hotel in a good location, surrounded by good restaurant options and walkable to the main spots. With the value it offered I’d recommend and would certainly consider staying again.
Keep in mind, that Andorra, depending on your mobile service provider, has VERY expensive data and call prices, so we had turned data off, to save our bank account (about 8 euros pr 1 mb data) so we had relied on searching up the place on the car GPS.
When we finally did get there, they had no parking left, so we had to pay for parking as well.
Spa was included in our room booking, but of course, as it seems to be a bit of a trend with these guys, it was unavailable because it was fully booked.
You would think they would reserve space in the spa, for a booking that has it included in the price.
A week prior, we stayed at a hotel in Sweden that was cheaper, and compared to the room there, it was lacking.
Interior was nice, but a bit, how should i say it, used?
Mattress could be more soft.
Overall, i would recommend checking out another hotel

Unfortunately, there was no view at all. The window would open and we were facing walls from all sides, with no air or daylight coming in but fumes from a grease trap from a place underneath. Extremely disappointing from this point of view. Floor was dirty from day one, our socks become dirty after few steps around the room. However, clean beds and toilet.
We were not expecting a 5 star stay, but whoever assigns the room for someone who stays for a full week, should consider that day light and fresh air are important and necessary. Beside our room (201) there was a staff room and we could smell the cigarette smoke coming from that room, which is not ideal if you cannot benefit of fresh air in your own room.
The coffee shop at the ground floor is very handy, opens at 8 am which is great.
Location is very good for someone who wants to stay in the centre of La Vella.
Bed was soooooo comfy.
Room was sound proof. I am light sleeper and I slept great.
Bathroom is big, new and clean.
Location, right on the pedestrian street, was perfect.
They have a good coffee shop for breakfast on the first floor.
The room was very good.
Big beds, with towels included and warm and machine for hot water with coffee and tea If you want to make
The bathroom had some fascinating shampoos trying to reduce the ecological footprint!
The only bad thing,
They don't answer your requests via the booking chat!
I don't know even if they speak English well!
I had to ask them about the door code before coming and the wifi. Otherwise, in the night, good luck.
There is no 24h reception.
Our room smelt quite strongly of cleaning product when we first arrived, but it were clean.
The toiletries are quite small but staff were happy to provide more upon request.
Location is very central and close to plenty of amenities.
Overall, we had a great experience here!
For a hotel it was decently priced, but the size of the room wasn't worth what I paid. No water provided which could've been a good gesture to tired travellers. Bathroom was super clean n tidy. Bed was not that comfy but for a night I could manage.
Compared to all expensive hotels around i think it's a good deal at Tudel. Would come back for sure.
