I am giving the hotel 4 stars because the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were loads of hair leftover from previous guests. When I complained about this to the front desk they acted fast and organized extra room cleaning. Apart from this mishap the hotel was, we were very satisfied with breakfast. Great location too.

The hotel is definitely outdated and definitely not a 4 star. I had just cone from a 4 star in Barcelona and this one compares 0 to none. Mediocre 3 star at most.

Wonderful hotel,very kind and friendly staff. When it comes to the food, i have never eaten such delicious food in a Hotel. Compliments to the Chef and Team. Everyday we were surprised with amazing 3-course menus. 10/10.

Wrong info provided before reservation, damn small room with little window no outside view, ac was not working no exhaust fan, bad smell, dark inside it feels like you are in jail

The staff is not helpful at all, the two men aren’t helpful only the lady she was helpful. Bad staff, hotel is not worth 4 stars. There is no reception number to call at your room you have to go to the reception to talk to them. Rooms are too small and the bathroom smells really bad. The only good thing about the hotel is the location, but there are many other places that are better.
I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel located in a very centered area, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also felt very secure, which was important to me as a solo traveler.

The hotel is ok. The rooms are small. My room faced some sort of pipe between the hotel walls which was making the noise all the time.
Also it was very very very cold in the hotel room. When I asked it to be fixed I was advised to use the second blanket. ?

Really nice cafe (with a Hansel and Gretel theme) with great selection of ice-creams and pastries. A small selection of savoury sandwiches too. Staff were really helpful even though they didn't speak English, and we're happy to make sure you got what you asked for.

Like reviewer below attempted to purchase wine from list and was then charged far more. This is a technique known as bait and switch. Many of the wines offered were undrinkable owing to very low levels. This was only revealed after I had paid for them. They then offered to send me a cheque for reimbursement having insisted on a bank transfer from me.

Wonderful place to sample local wines and small bites. We had the best Iberico ham here of anywhere in our travels, and we've had it quite a bit. They serve hot food during certain hours, but have a couple tables open on the ground floor all the time, so if you need a light meal when everything else is closed (say, at 6 pm after skiing all day), it's the perfect place.
Apart from the ham, we had a great selection of cheese, artichoke hearts, and breads, and there were several more intriguing items on the menu as well. It's not tremendously cheap, but it's worth it, and the service was excellent as well.
