Location: in the centre of Andorra La Vella, in the heart of entertainment and night life, 215 km from Barcelona airport, 6 km from the ski lifts. A bus stop is 500 metres away. Caldea Spa is 10 minutes ' walk away.

A breakfast buffet is prepared daily and made-to-order hot dishes are available upon request. For lunch or dinner, local restaurants will deliver to your room and our friendly staff will gladly offer dining recommendations. Proximity to city center and very clean. However didn't have tea or coffee making amenities in the room. Would not classify as a 4 star hotel though. Amenties in the room was just bare min, soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Room had no view, window was blocked by a wall

We recently returned to NH Hotel Andorra La Vella for our second stay, and it was just as fantastic as our first visit.
From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The staff are always so accommodating here– we requested a room with a bath again, and they graciously made it happen, which we greatly appreciated after a long day skiing.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Housekeeping does an outstanding job ensuring everything is spotless.
In the breakfast room, the three staff members went above and beyond, always attentive, friendly, and delivering excellent service, even over Christmas.
The food was as delicious as we remembered from our first visit, so big compliments to the chef for consistently offering such great options and variety.
The location is perfect, with easy access to both the bus station and the gondola station. Overall, we highly recommend NH Hotel Andorra La Vella – the combination of fantastic service, comfort, and great location makes it a top choice for us. We'll definitely be back! Thanks from room 502.

Poor check-in experience. Rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming receptionist. Slow and tedious process. Room is basic with view of a stone wall. Location is very good.

It is the norm for hotels to provide a kettle, coffee and tea bags, tissue paper etc. For my room type, none of these were provided, causing me great inconvenience. The hotel description dis not say that these amenities would not be provided. It just said what it would provide. But because these amenities are the norm, one would not expect that they would not be provided!

Small but clean rooms with the basics to spend a weekend skiing or visiting the area. Great value for the price. Very well located, in the center. The staff is nice and independent access to the rooms. The furniture and facilities are quite old but comfortable. There was some smell of toilet all over the floor and at night there was a lot of noise from other guests who came into the rooms screaming.

The room where we were for the price it was, 3 people and one night is super well priced. I liked that at night when I arrived the room was warm.
What I would like to emphasize is that the slightest noise you make will be heard, to take it into account. Few plugs (2 if you don't count the one behind the TV) and you don't have to plug it all the way in because otherwise it won't charge (in my case I used a charger for my Samsung mobile)

Not good value for the price paid. The triple room was too small, there was no wifi and the staff was rude. Dont5pay for the parking as there are far better options to leave the car in the city and less expensive.
