KiroviTun Hotel in Dilijan

One of the best hotels I have been.

Room: was really clean and comfortable.

Service: staff were friendly and supportive even though they don’t speak English well.

Location and view of the place is extremely nice, almost 7 minutes drive away from downtown and old town.

There was a small pool , slide and swing for kids to play.

Kirovi Tun Resort in Dilijan exceeded our expectations!

We stayed in a 3-bedroom cottage that was incredibly spacious, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. The ambiance was both cozy and luxurious, making it a perfect getaway. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and flavorful options.

Would highly recommend Kirovi Tun to anyone visiting Dilijan, Armenia – it’s an absolute gem!

The best place for family and alone. Good staff, best view, nice and clean rooms. You can enjoy your time in this place. Near to city centre. They have just little place for swimming. For relax need a week.

Beautiful view from the cottage, we stayed in a 2 bed with 2 kids in late April. The rooms had everything we might need as a family, were super clean and spacious. The property is relatively new.
The staff were super helpful and especially the breakfast staff.
This was a great place to stay for a couple of nights and enjoy Dilijan's nature.

The most amazing part in this holiday house is its nice view of the mountains and the well- attended terrace with umbrellaed tables for eating, surrounding wild roses and hammocks. Almost all the rooms have balconies overlooking the mountains, they are not spacious and the wardrobes in the room are not firmly placed (at least in our room), so you should be careful every time when you open the wardrobe door as it may fall down on you. There is no refrigerator in the room which is very bad in summer season especially when you travel with kids and take with you some special perishable food for them which cannot be kept in the room due to the absence of the refrigerator. They also do not have napkins in the room and do not sell them on the spot, you have to bring with you. Toilet paper they provide only one roll (does not matter how many days you stay), so when you run out of it you have to ask. The breakfast was good but if you plan to have dinner at the place be aware that they do not have much suitable food for children. When we asked whether we could order burgers, pizza or fries for the children the girl from the staff arrogantly answered that "this is neither pizzeria nor a burger house". There is also a small outdoor pool but it is always full of leaves and some insects getting into the pool from the surrounding trees. Also there is neither a shower room nor a cloack-room near the pool. As a solution they offer to change the clothes in the sauna that is not working.

Stayed for 4 nights, very clean room, linen and towels. Reception person was very helpful and polite. Food at the restaurant is nice, however 10am breakfast time is very late. This was a complaint from other customers as well who were staying here.
The place needs a bit of attention from owners for it to become excellent. Improvements need to be made in regards to quality, maintenance and staff training.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Stayed here with a friend in September of 2019 and had a wonderful time. Excellent service with clean rooms and nice decor that makes you feel at home. The patio is such an inviting place to just sit and relax with a glass of wine. They also have an even nicer sitting area in their restaurant where you can order food and drinks. They also provide a morning breakfast buffet.
