Rooms were adequate. Large and airy, typical 3* hotel room, though a bit musty.
Food however was dreadful - low-grade buffet dinner in a huge, noisy dining area. Given how everywhere else we stayed at in Armenia was so nice, this felt like stepping back 20 years. Breakfast was an adequate buffet.
Large groups of noisy tourists staying too - so many other more boutique options if you're on your own/couple/small group.

The hotel Dilijan Resort provided a comforting stay. Their pool and spa amenities were great and high quality. Restaurant was very delicious and contained lots of options. Rooms were clean and inviting, while the location itself was great in a serene, mountainous environment that is quiet. Hotel lobby was great and staff was efficient. Good, fair pricing. Highly recommend for Dilijan stays.

Dated hotel. Rooms are small and dated. The hotel needs to be updated especially at the prices they want for the rooms. Food is just okay especially considering most places in Armenia have really good food. Overall it’s a standard dated hotel trying to charge a premium for I’m not sure what

Excellent location (on the hill of a green mountain), the rooms are spacious (doubles come with large balconies that open to the mountain), have comfortable beds, kettle and all stuff needed for a proper rest. They offer various SPA services, have an indoor pool and kids playground (both indoor and outdoor) which came very handy as we travelled with our kid. The staff is very helpful, they offered us the conference room for free! The lunch had vegan options.

The girl named Valentina can't work with customers.Any question to resolve is a big problem for her .Girl doesn't know how to speak with clients, 4 people who really wanted to spend 1 day in this hotel , but after having speech with this girl , we are disapoiinted ...

Is it normal ,when I ask about 2 nd meal to give us after arriving (30 minutes later ), as I was not sure ,that we can arrive on time may be ???.
And she answered. That it was impoosible for your hotel ........
In the hall world if you have smth special on this time , (tour, meeting ) but you have already paid. , The staff in the hotel gives you your meal ....

I stayed 1 night at this hotel with my wife during my trip to Georgia and Armenia in June. The hotel is big and comfortable. The room was huge, with a nice sofa, a small table and one of the biggest beds I’ve ever slept in! It stands on a quiet corner of Dilijan, embedded in a small forest of big pine(?) trees. The hotel has a small inner pool and sauna, together with a and gymnasium and massage center, being perfect for families with kids. The minus was just that, like other hotels we’ve stayed at during this trip, it seems that the hotel was built with paper walls: one can hear all the noises around like we were outside the room. Other annoying “feature” of almost all the hotels we stayed at in this trip, is that it seems that both Armenia and Georgia have no concept of window shades, which means that one wakes up at 5:30 a.m. with the daylight. Apart from that, it was a really nice stay at a good hotel.

Our birdwatching group stayed here for 2 nights. The entrance hall is very grand but the bedroom I was in was very outdated, and the curtains were not big enough to close across the vast window. If you are a vegetarian the buffet selection is pretty rubbish even though it might look like there is a lot - salad leaves, cheese and bread and cake and fruit were all I found

Located in its own park this hotel sports a grand lobby, enormous rooms and a range of services. The room was a bit run down though, and the food in the restaurant mediocre. A very noisy party dominated the evening. Personally I prefer a smaller hotel with more character.

Not terrible but a lot of place to improve. No tea/coffee/water/sugar in the room. Pool was rather cold, we had issues with hot water and heating but was solved by changing the room. Floor carpet wasn’t too fresh. Price vs quality for Sauna was very low. Food was good not much to praise but also can’t complain. Overall mediocre but without any significant bad things.

Hotel Dilijan Resort is a nice and friendly hotel to stay for a night or two. The only issue that we noticed was the lack of an air conditioner and the bathroom was too small to move around; though, the room was very specious and had a separate seating area. The balcony was a nice touch since the weather at night during summer months is great. It also offered full daily breakfast which was included in the room rate.
