«Cozy House» is a small boutique hotel located in Dilijan National Park, one of the most beautiful and peaceful regions of Armenia. The hotel offers a quiet and comfortable stay surrounded by fresh air, mountain scenery and natural charm.
Designed for those who value comfort, tranquility and unity with nature, Cozy House offers unique cottages with green roofs that blend harmoniously into the surrounding environment. Every detail is thought out to create a warm and unforgettable stay.
Each cottage has one or two bedrooms and a private bathroom. Depending on the type of cottage, it has a double or king-size bed for a peaceful sleep. Some cottages also have bunk beds, making them a convenient option for families with children.
All rooms are equipped with necessary amenities, including a mini-fridge, coffee machine, kettle, safe, flat-screen TV, USB charger, towels and toiletries - everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Hotel opened in 2019.

The hotel is cosy, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, making the stay pleasant and relaxing. The snowy surroundings added a special charm and made the experience even more memorable.
One area for improvement is the restaurant service, which was closed during our stay. Having on-site dining available would have enhanced the overall convenience and guest experience.
Overall, a good stay with great ambience, especially for enjoying Armenia’s winter scenery.

We absolutely adored this place! The rooms are so cute and cosy, and there are so many thoughtful touches. We had a room with a glass panel between the bathroom and bed which was a fun novelty. There are toiletries, toothbrushes, slippers, coffee machine, teas, a Bluetooth speaker, TV, everything you need for a nice stay. The bed is comfy and we had two single duvets on our double bed.
The staff were nice and helpful, and greeted us as we walked into the hotel complex. Breakfast was brought to our room in a cute wicker picnic basket at our requested time each day. Their restaurant isn't open yet, but you can order delivery to your room from another hotel's restaurant.
Just a few things to make it even more perfect: extra pillows, more lighting options to create mood lighting in the evening, and the shower head didn't fit in the holder properly so this needs amending.
Highly recommend to everyone! Perfect for a romantic retreat or family getaway.

The house we stay was very comfortable, we thought it would be hard to be away from the centre without a car but you can easily order a car via Yandex Go. We had lunch at Hamadan an amazing restaurant!

Lovely stay, attention to details in the rooms which include a Nespresso machine and pods and everything you need to make the experience enjoyable. Breakfast basket was delicious. Highly recommend

Our stay was great! The stuff was extremely friendly, especially thanks to Gevorg! He was a really kind!
The rooms and the hotel area were really cute with special decorations! A great place to take cute pics!

Pros: Lord of the Rings fans - you will love it - the hotel looks like the Great Shire. All rooms are uniquely designed, colorful - size is decent but a bit tight if you have large suitcases. The breakfast is brought to the room (we requested it early and they were able to deliver it), and outside seating is available if the weather permits. Would have been nice to have breakfast in a common area rather than in the room.
Cons: No outside areas to sit if it is raining or cold. No lobby or common area or breakfast/meal area that is covered and inside - they definitely need one. I had jetlag (coming from the US) and woke up at 4am but my spouse was sleeping. I tried to sit at the reception, but the "guard" at night didn't let me sit there - gave me a blanket and I had to sit outside in the cold.
One other thing - it is not in the main downtown area - about 30 min walk along the main road/highway. So definitely need a car

Cute!!
These cosy houses are so cute and we had an amazing stay. The rooms were decorated very nicely and it was such a nice touch to have a breakfast hamper delivered to our house every morning. Taxis to the town were very cheap (£2)

Loved everything, from the arrival experience to departure, staff was always available to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are exceptional, my son felt like in a theme park and the lovely picnic baskets for breakfast are really thoughtful. i’ll definitely recommend to anyone .

A nice garden but we were bothered by the overbooking that happened which caused us to leave Dilijan a night before our check out. We also had an issue with the heater which wasn’t working. Everything else was great!

Words can’t express the magic and beauty of this place and the gracious and generous people who keep it. Susanna is my Aunty for life. I have never been more looked after. Dilijian is a welcoming place but nowhere more so than Villa Jrvezh. The facilities are perfect. The food is authentic and delicious. 5 star rating through and through. Come here and look for the good, you will find plenty of that here.

The facilities are beautiful. You wake up by the chirping of birds and the soothing sound of a nearby water stream. The staff of the hotel is very welcoming and friendly which made the stay all the more enjoyable. Not to forget the quality of their food. Breakfast was delicious!

The meal was out of this world. Very authentic organic Armenia dishes (the true meaning of organic). The atmosphere is to die for, a dream. The pictures you see on the web site and facebook does not do justice. It’s a paradise! MUST visit. Can’t say enough about the service, from the servers to the owners the most polite and pleasant group of people. They make you feel like part of the family and treat you like royalty. They were constantly asking if we needed/wanted anything. With all the B&Bs we have stayed at around the world, this was the most pleasant stay in every way! If you are not going to stay in Delijan and at this beautify place (which you really should) then at least stop by and have their wonderful meal at a paradise location.
