We had booked a standard room for 40,000 AMD, but for that price the experience was really disappointing — the room was small, uncomfortable, and suffocating. The view was dreadful, and even the sink was clogged.

Me and my sisters stayed there. It's a very peaceful and beautiful location. The stuff are very friendly, food is testy. If i have chance I will go there again.

I recently stayed at Alpine Castle Hotel in Dilijan, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Alpine Castle Hotel in Dilijan offers comfortable, spacious rooms with modern amenities and stunning mountain or garden views. “I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The breathtaking mountain views from my room were the highlight of my trip.The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the large windows perfectly framed the scenery. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. The peaceful location was ideal for relaxation I highly recommend this hotel

We decided to try out somewhere we has heard about but had not yet tried in the local area. The restaurant is situated in a great position up in the mountains and has great views. The food was also good even if it did appear in a rather haphazard fashion (one persons steak sitting growing cold waiting for others meals to arrive etc) Food quality was good but service was slow and at one point verging on being rude. Interrupted mid conversation we were told to 'remember it was a hotel'. We were not loud or raucous so felt the comment completely unwarranted. The bill also required some explanation of unexpected items. All of this rather destroyed what could have been a very pleasant evening. We won't be going back and will be advising colleagues to do the same.

I love the place, the location is very nice on top of the mountain. A good place to relax, feels like you are in Switzerland. The breakfast is bounty. The staff are nice and helpful.
