It is a very hospitable place settled in the forests of Dilijan. Not far from the city center, but far enough to enjoy the voices of the nature. You can find cozy and hobbitlike rooms on the first floor and modern decorated cottages for families or friends on the second floor. Both styles are equipped with all necessary things. Host Hrant is so welcoming, friendly, helps you in any question to make your stay more comfortable.

I liked the location, the large area and the whole idea, the only thing that needs to be done is to put everything in order. A gorgeous area with lawns and a garden, a river flows right outside the area. On the ground floor of each room there is a large, spacious hall, with a sofa, armchairs, a large table, a coffee table, a bar counter and a kitchen area. On the second floor there are two separate rooms and a bathroom. There is a separate dining room and bathhouse on site. The bathhouse really leaves much to be desired. The rooms need minor repairs - improve the regulation of water in the taps, make locks on the doors. As for the service in general, it will be fine, but if you want an early breakfast, you will have to prepare it yourself, because... in Armenia, as in the east, they don’t like to get up early. Despite minor shortcomings, I personally had a positive impression.

The best hotel in Dilijan. Two bedroom apartaments for family is the most comfortable place i have ever been. There are rooms for two person in the first floor build like a hobbit house.
