We asked if we could bring food to our room so our pet wouldn't be alone in an unfamiliar place, but they refused. Also, they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes in the rooms

They didn't clean the room on the day after our check-in. Additionally, they don't allow pets in the restaurant even though they charge for the pet stay

Over all is good since we are road tripper but there was maintenance going on and they change our room to lower floor however it is good for family couples service is good team are responsive swimming pool is fine fear gym is fine

The communal areas on the ground floor feel a bit sterile, since this is a mixed use building (it also has conference rooms and a library, amongst other things), but the roof terrace is a nice hangout space and has a fantastic view and is accessible day and night

The best hostel in terms of comfort on our trip around the Caucasus. Very well outfitted dorm rooms with spaceous and private beds (though only USB port to charge, no outlet). Fantastic bathrooms, obviously cleaned daily

They offer various SPA services, have an indoor pool and kids playground (both indoor and outdoor) which came very handy as we travelled with our kid

Incredible food, clean rooms, warm staff!

The cottages seem to be OK but do not take the single rooms without a balcony as they are rather dark and dull. You cannot even open the drapes as people walking past your window can see the inside of your room

The hotel is marvelous! Personnel is polite and very friendly. The breakfast and not only it, but the other food is also delicious. The weather is great and the nature is just amazing

What else can one say? Beautiful, old-style rooms with a modern touch. Outside is gorgeous, and the food. Dinner was exquisite, as was breakfast (if breakfast could be done earlier, would be nice)

The place is very clean and the room is spacious. I loved both interior and exterior as it gave us a cosy and warm feeling. It’s a walking distance from the center of the village

If you’re lucky enough to get a room with a balcony, you’ll never want to leave!! I will note that there is no AC or fans in the room, so the street noise can be a bit loud with the windows open, but otherwise we had a great stay!

And just across the hotel there is one of the oldest winery, goes back to 1870, and was really nice

The patio is such an inviting place to just sit and relax with a glass of wine. They also have an even nicer sitting area in their restaurant where you can order food and drinks

The best hotel in Dilijan. Two bedroom apartaments for family is the most comfortable place i have ever been. There are rooms for two person in the first floor build like a hobbit house.

You can find cozy and hobbitlike rooms on the first floor and modern decorated cottages for families or friends on the second floor. Both styles are equipped with all necessary things

It is a very hospitable place settled in the forests of Dilijan. Not far from the city center, but far enough to enjoy the voices of the nature

It was our second time to stay in this hotel. I like the location, because it's overlooking the beautiful scenery of Dilijan. It is not far from the city center, and there are two markets nearby

The hotel is located on the left hill off the highway to Yerevan. It's not close to the center, but Yandex does its job. Spacious rooms with picnic tables in the garden

The room has a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. There also is a nice garden which will be wonderful in a better weather conditions. There is a night lamp and a charger at the bed
