Everything is beyond our expectations! We had a quiet room with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains beyond the rooftop of the opposite building

Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of high quality food items. The staff are attentive and helpful which made our morning meals very enjoyable

A very pleasant stay with friendly, attentive staff and a delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool in December with 5° outside:)

A great place for a family vacation. It's essentially a townhouse with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a living room. For an additional fee, you can bring firewood and light a fireplace

Perfect if you're traveling by car, as it's located on the outskirts of the city

We stayed at Motives Inn Dilijan and by coincidence there was a festival happening during our visit. It created a really unique and lively atmosphere with music, workshops, and different activities

The place is amazing, if you are looking for a getaway where you can enjoy nature, nice food I highly recommend this hotel. The villas are so cozy and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay

Plus it’s close to many attractions so you can maximize your time here. The staff are super nice and helpful if you need anything. One last thing, which is the organic yummy breakfast

We really liked the hotel; it's a great option for a family! Wonderful views from the terrace and delicious breakfasts! We'll definitely be back.

The room was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel’s central location is a real advantage, with many shops and restaurants within easy reach

This is best hotel in Dilijan area. The one negative is location, with little area to walk or explore. Especially enjoyed the dining. I would recommend this property in Dilijan

Apart from that, the hotel and the room were very good. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was very, very warm. Overall, it was an interesting and positive experience

We decided spontaneously to stay one night at Dilitown Resort Spa Hotel. The thermal area is very impressive, especially the whirlpool and the outdoor pool with wave function and counter-current system

It offers very good value for money. There was one slightly uncomfortable situation in the pool area, as a woman was livestreaming and filming herself, which felt a bit inappropriate

I had a great experience at Dili Town Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay very comfortable

If you’re trying to get away from the city or just need to recharge, this place totally gets it right. The room was super spacious with a big cabinet, sofa, and table. The mountain view from the balcony was stunning

The nice and friendly staff at this new hotel in beautiful Dilijan take excellent care of their guests. The food is great, and the rooms are always clean, with daily cleaning service

Situated on a really calm and peaceful area. It’s about a 25–30 min walk to the center. If you like exploring by foot and coming back to a peaceful room, this place is perfect

Greenwood Hotel is the perfect mix of cozy and nature. If you’re trying to get away from the city or just need to recharge, this place totally gets it right.

If you need a taxi around Dilijan, use YandexGo—it’s super cheap, like 300 dram for a 2km ride. Breakfast was amazing and served with so much heart

The hotel is located in an ideal location like a paradise. No words about the location and nature. But i think it is time to upgrade and make the rooms more modern and clean

Very nice hotel. Very nice room. Good breakfast and dinner. Great service Great location Great parking.

We asked if we could bring food to our room so our pet wouldn't be alone in an unfamiliar place, but they refused. Also, they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes in the rooms

They didn't clean the room on the day after our check-in. Additionally, they don't allow pets in the restaurant even though they charge for the pet stay

Excellent service, renovated tidy rooms, swimming pool, sauna and gym, abundant breakfast!

Over all is good since we are road tripper but there was maintenance going on and they change our room to lower floor however it is good for family couples service is good team are responsive swimming pool is fine fear gym is fine

The only thing is that the heater was not that warming

Located in its own park this hotel sports a grand lobby, enormous rooms and a range of services. The room was a bit run down though, and the food in the restaurant mediocre. A very noisy party dominated the evening

The hotel Dilijan Resort provided a comforting stay. Their pool and spa amenities were great and high quality. Restaurant was very delicious and contained lots of options

Excellent location (on the hill of a green mountain), the rooms are spacious (doubles come with large balconies that open to the mountain), have comfortable beds, kettle and all stuff needed for a proper rest

Rooms were clean and inviting, while the location itself was great in a serene, mountainous environment that is quiet. Hotel lobby was great and staff was efficient. Highly recommend for Dilijan stays

They offer various SPA services, have an indoor pool and kids playground (both indoor and outdoor) which came very handy as we travelled with our kid

The staff is very helpful, they offered us the conference room for free! The lunch had vegan options

Incredible food, clean rooms, warm staff!

The cottages seem to be OK but do not take the single rooms without a balcony as they are rather dark and dull. You cannot even open the drapes as people walking past your window can see the inside of your room

The hotel is marvelous! Personnel is polite and very friendly. The breakfast and not only it, but the other food is also delicious. The weather is great and the nature is just amazing

Kirovi Tun Resort in Dilijan exceeded our expectations! We stayed in a 3-bedroom cottage that was incredibly spacious, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean

The patio is such an inviting place to just sit and relax with a glass of wine. They also have an even nicer sitting area in their restaurant where you can order food and drinks

One of the best hotels I have been. Room: was really clean and comfortable. Service: staff were friendly and supportive even though they don’t speak English well

Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and flavorful options. Would highly recommend Kirovi Tun to anyone visiting Dilijan, Armenia – it’s an absolute gem!

Fantastic view, friendly staff very well organized rooms. I have no words to tell how amazing time my friends and I spent their. Highly recommend. Fair pricing, food was delicious. Best vacation ever.

Location and view of the place is extremely nice, almost 7 minutes drive away from downtown and old town. There was a small pool , slide and swing for kids to play

Great place to stay. Very hospitable hosts. Beautiful location in the heart of the village. They speak English fluently.

Great view from the place. We didn't stay, only made a quick visit.

The place is very clean and the room is spacious. I loved both interior and exterior as it gave us a cosy and warm feeling. It’s a walking distance from the center of the village

And just across the hotel there is one of the oldest winery, goes back to 1870, and was really nice

At the heart of old Dilijan is this heritage hotel, located on a steep hillside rooms have picturesque wooden balconies with access by steep staircases, whilst inside the rooms have been modernised to a high standard

The hotel restaurant was located in a separate building and served excellent food in a homey atmosphere. The breakfast spread was excellent with multiple fresh options. The restaurant staff was helpful and friendly

Great option for the price. The location is pretty nice place, surrounded by trees, also a river nearby. The breakfasts are OK, tasty. The rooms are spacious.

Main drawback for me was the location: a good 20 to 30 minute walk from the city center. WIFI works well at reception, but is a gamble in the rooms

I liked the location, the large area and the whole idea, the only thing that needs to be done is to put everything in order. A gorgeous area with lawns and a garden, a river flows right outside the area

The best hotel in Dilijan. Two bedroom apartaments for family is the most comfortable place i have ever been. There are rooms for two person in the first floor build like a hobbit house.

You can find cozy and hobbitlike rooms on the first floor and modern decorated cottages for families or friends on the second floor. Both styles are equipped with all necessary things

It is a very hospitable place settled in the forests of Dilijan. Not far from the city center, but far enough to enjoy the voices of the nature

Host Hrant is so welcoming, friendly, helps you in any question to make your stay more comfortable

Very cozy place 🙂 the service is good. I highly recommend ✌️

The room opened up to a private balcony that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding Dilijan landscape. Enjoying a morning coffee there while soaking in the scenery was an unforgettable experience

Mariam made our stay very comfortable and special… rooms are clean with the basic equipment. and breakfast is plentiful… location is 12 minutes from the center. but taxis are available through Yandex easily and cheap

The view from the room was too good. Breakfast was generous, better than any other hotels that we have stayed. The hostess was very hospitable and accommodating and went out of the way to make us comfortable

Our experience at this place was beyond exceptional. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were impeccably clean and charmingly cozy

We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. We truly hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future

We couldn't get enough of it! And to top it all off, the homemade food was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients that we could taste in every bite

It was our second time to stay in this hotel. I like the location, because it's overlooking the beautiful scenery of Dilijan. It is not far from the city center, and there are two markets nearby

The room has a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. There also is a nice garden which will be wonderful in a better weather conditions. There is a night lamp and a charger at the bed

Also it has a nice garden in its complex, so i recommend all visitors to have a rest for small or for a long period in this hotel. It is located near the main road and you can go there by walk

The hotel is located on the left hill off the highway to Yerevan. It's not close to the center, but Yandex does its job. Spacious rooms with picnic tables in the garden

However, the location is a bit farther from the city center, and there are no grocery stores nearby, although they are available at a short distance

A guesthouse at the top of a hill, inside a nice garden. Rooms are spacious, clean, kettle and cups are provided, owner very helpful although far away. We had a car and I think this information is essential
