Staying in this hotel for the second time. They upgraded my booking into Superior Room, that was very nice! Very good service, good breakfast, perfect swimming pool. The only bad thing is that some of the equipment in the gym was out of service. But overall a well equipped gym.

Our tour operator had booked us a standard room which was a very small room with the bed right against the wall which made getting into and out of bed very difficult. We spent our first night in this room but the following day I spoke to the manager ( Mr Varag ) who was insistent that we should have a favourable impression of his hotel so he offered us an upgrade to a poolside suite which was magnificent...

The buffet breakfast and dinner were both amazing - so much food! Large, comfortable room. The hotel isn't within walking distance of the town centre, but not far by coach. The one drawback was the traffic noise. Everything else was great.

Everything is beyond our expectations! We had a quiet room with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains beyond the rooftop of the opposite building. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of high quality food items. The staff are attentive and helpful which made our morning meals very enjoyable. I booked the room on the top floor, attic, but it felt really cool and comfortable even though there was no elevator, so you had to walk five floors. I went there on a rainy day, so it was not convenient to see everything around me. This place is perfect for long-term relaxation. Especially, it has a really great hot water pool.

We liked the hotel so much that we decided to stay there for another day. I will recommend it to all my traveling friends!

The thermal area is very impressive, especially the whirlpool and the outdoor pool with wave function and counter-current system. It offers very good value for money. After midnight, there was a lot of noise from adults and teenagers shouting and laughing loudly. This woke up my 1-year-old child, who became scared. There was no security staff to manage the situation, which was very disappointing. Aside from this incident, the hotel itself is very nice. This is best hotel in Dilijan area. It is new resort with spa. The one negative is location, with little area to walk or explore. Especially enjoyed the dining.......chef is excellent. Staff are helpful and kind. I would recommend this property in Dilijan.

What a lovely setting, hidden behind trees and with a mountain creek running through the complex. It is a great place for kids and families. The road to arrive to the lodge is not paved which makes it a bit of a worry when you have a rental car. The buffet has a great spread and variety of dishes. Impeccably clean, a very nice get away!

A wonderful, cozy place, just ideal for families with children. On the children's playground in the courtyard there are swings, a trampoline, a swimming pool, toy cars, a scooter, and on the 2nd floor there are a lot of toys and books. The hotel is located in an ideal location like a paradise.No words about the location and nature.But i think it is time to upgrade and make the rooms more modern and clean.and of course and of course improve the breakfast since many guests come overnight and then leave and a competently organized breakfast can make a big impression.

The hotel Dilijan Resort provided a comforting stay. Their pool and spa amenities were great and high quality. Restaurant was very delicious and contained lots of options. Our birdwatching group stayed here for 2 nights. The entrance hall is very grand but the bedroom I was in was very outdated, and the curtains were not big enough to close across the vast window. If you are a vegetarian the buffet selection is pretty rubbish even though it might look like there is a lot - salad leaves, cheese and bread and cake and fruit were all I found

Located in its own park this hotel sports a grand lobby, enormous rooms and a range of services. The room was a bit run down though, and the food in the restaurant mediocre. A very noisy party dominated the evening. Personally I prefer a smaller hotel with more character.

A great getaway from the city. We loved the place and enjoyed the green backyard with a small waterfall area. It is a family business and the owner Armen is so helpful and lovely. He also has a car so you can agree with him for transport as Taxies are not easy to find.

It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Very nice location and house under a bridge. The house is very big and can host 25 people easily. One thing I liked is that one day we came back from our walk and cows were inside the garden and were playing with each other. I felt very close to nature and it was amazing!
