Rooms with attached bathrooms are good. The service is quick and upto date. You get breakfast in your room which is tasty. Room is cleaned everyday. There is also a fridge in the room with beverages and some chocolates. Good and safe place to stay in.

We chose this hotel on our layover from Yerevan to Moscow; it was an overnight hub. We booked it just before arrival. It's a very good 4-star hotel, but I can't comment on the location or what's nearby, as we only spent a couple of hours there before our next flight. This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). I had completely forgotten that breakfast was included, but they proactively asked us about our preferred breakfast time. Great location, everything was spotless and well-maintained. We booked a room with a jacuzzi and a mountain view. We didn't get a chance to fully enjoy it, as we only stayed for one night and left early, but the view rooms are stunning.
