The hotel is good, but there are some But.... This is the smell from the sewer, if you keep the door to the bathroom open, the aroma will fill the entire room. Water was not provided. Breakfast is good.

This hotel had character and had a 'family' feel to it. It was situated centrally to the town and our room was clean and offered all that we needed, although it did not have air conditioning and the curtains were very thin and let the light in! The breakfast was very basic but we couldn't really complain. We ate out in the evening as it was close to the town.

From the moment we arrived the staff were just a delight to deal with, polite, friendly and very helpful. The room were great, spacious and clean while the location was very central close to everything. The hotel also uses its income to support the clinic in front of it and also has a little artison shop with handmade products which supports local NGOs. A must stay if visiting Gyumri.

The hotel is located in an artistic courtyard. The single-story building feels good, but the room facilities are relatively simple. It doesn't feel like a hotel, but more like a temporary guesthouse. The cost performance is low.

Except it located near the Dalma Mall, the hotel is actually quite far from everything. Basically you do need to take a taxi for restaurants and other viewpoints.

Beautiful, clean room with full amenities, mountain view, and heating. The staff were friendly and allowed early check-in. The food was also great. The only downside was weak WiFi. I’d rate it 9/10—would be 10/10 with better internet. I’d still choose to stay here again if I didn’t need strong WiFi for work.

We were very pleased with the apartments! Towels and bathrobes were changed every day. Even the dishes left in the sink were washed) The view of the mountains was simply amazing! Excellent place with great service! The fantastic ethno-based interior adds a unique charm. Inside, there's a small exhibition of antique rugs and carpets, adding to the cultural experience. The first time the door of the hotel opened, I was amazed. The interior looks so beautiful and there are many things you can buy. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore. The staff is helpful, and the next day is busy. Everything is clean and brand new. The only thing is there's no air conditioning, so the room is a bit stuffy. This is something to keep in mind.

It all started when, instead of a twin room, we were given a king-size bed. They couldn't change the beds, but they did provide an extra blanket upon request. A wonderful, cozy place, just ideal for families with children. On the children's playground in the courtyard there are swings, a trampoline, a swimming pool, toy cars, a scooter, and on the 2nd floor there are a lot of toys and books.
