Nice small hotel, good location, tasty breakfast, walking distance to Metro station.

A good breakfast in the beautiful dining room or even in the gallery. The hotel owners are friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms, and one had a refrigerator, which was enough for us. It's a relatively short walk to the metro and not far to the center by car. Taxis in Yerevan are inexpensive.

Comfortable hotel, nice staff, met us, answered all questions. The room is clean, freshly renovated, has all consumables, hair dryer, kettle, air conditioner, Wi-Fi works. For an additional fee we bought a delicious and hearty breakfast, they packed it for us to take with us, because we were in a hurry for the flight.

Very good accommodation experience, everything else is good. It takes a long uphill walk from the subway station. It's hard to walk with a suitcase when you have bad legs. Fortunately, it's also very good to take an online taxi and the fare is very cheap.

We spent a weekend here and it was very nice. Fortunately we chose a no-top season and we're lucky to get a 30% discount with which our stay was small budget. The location of the hotel is good (eating, bus, taxi right by the hotel, major touristic sites in walking distance). The check-in at 4am worked without problems. The room was fine; only the lighting at the beds could be improved. Good value for the price and generous check-out time of 12pm.

The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the Echmiadzin Church. But there is a very bad problem, the agent is a liar. The single beds in the hotel are only 80cm, but the agent lied and said they were 1.3m beds. After checking in, I found out and couldn't contact the agent. Ctrip finally refunded the money. Delicious food, friendly staff, convenient transportation

It has been a pleasure stay as a first time tourist in armenia. Although the facility can be more enhanced. But the friendly and very accommodating staff makes the experience perfect. Id like to commend Rusana, Armine, Sarquis and Armen . Kudos to them for making our stay memorable. Its a hotel but it feels like home. We didnt even feel that we're in a different country.

Not everyone is fluent in English, but helpful and kind (using translators on a phone if needed) they have 1 other similar place in Yerevan, and a beautiful sister hotel in Gyumri. The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Its location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but the hotel staff were always available and, above all, professional. They truly made us feel safe, welcome, and right at home!

The employees are extremely professional and kind, they quickly solved the problems we had. Also, the hotel is in a prime location, about a hundred meters from the main square. The location is perfect, service also good. My main complaint is about the noise as the rooms face the street and it is on the first floor. The windows isolation is poor. I could not sleep due to the cars passing by. I guess if it is not a problem for you, it might be a good option.

I really liked the place. It's a cozy place with renovated rooms. It's close to Republic Square. You can wander and explore the city easily. Our room had a balcony so we could smoke. The reception was super friendly and helpful. Our room was too hot, they sent someone who serviced the AC quickly and gave us an extra fan.

Amazing hotel for the value. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are great, everything is clean and feels very modern. The spa facilities are very cosy and conveniently placed in one room, so it's possible to easily shuffle between them. The mountains view from the window is an icing on the cake. It's on par with top hotels in the center but for a much lower price.
