Everything was great – the staff was excellent and the location was perfect!

The hotel is clean and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff are friendly, and I have no complaints there. BUT!!! It left a bad taste in my mouth: for a 4-star hotel, you have to pay extra for a toothbrush and a bathrobe. Everything is extra here. The breakfast is standard, like you'd find anywhere else (scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, vegetables), but it's priced like a steak dinner at a fancy restaurant 😖🤦👀! I felt like the prices within the hotel were totally unreasonable, about double what they should be.

So, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, and we bought toothbrushes 🪥 at a store for 190 drams instead of 300 drams... I have mixed feelings about this place.

Comfortable, and fairly clean. The staff were very friendly. The room was a bit small, but it's very close to the city center, just a few minutes' walk. Check-out is strictly at 12 PM, and check-in isn't until 3 PM, though usually it's 2 PM. I would recommend it.

I really liked the service! The gorgeous welcome snack (sparkly halva), the soft clean bed, the breakfast, iit was such an amazing experience. Thank you, looking forward to staying there again

Despite my very late check-in and check-out times, I had a wonderful time thanks to the helpful and kind staff, just like during my entire stay. The cleanliness, rooms, quality of furnishings, and decoration were excellent. I look forward to staying again
