On the plus side, the hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, next to a park. The rooms are quite spacious, and there's a club restaurant on the hotel veranda

On the minus side, if you book a room on the upper floors, you're likely to stay up until 2 a. because the music is quite loud and can be heard throughout the hotel. Keep this in mind when booking

I should say the price is rather high, but you should understand that the city stain is expensive because a lot of Russians are using it as a overnight hub to travel to Europe

The room is cozy and furniture is looking just a bit used, because the hotel is not new. For traveling into Europe, it could be premium

If you have China experience you could be disappointed with the quality and technical side of the room

The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, and the linens are good. I highly recommend a massage at the spa

As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working. ( It was 30 degrees hot) ? The indoor area with swimming pool and spa was big, clean, and with beautiful decorations. The gym looked good but did not try

We booked and extended our stay anyway, and another receptionist reassured us that the reservation was worth it. There's also a receptionist, very polite and sweet, but unfortunately, I didn't remember her name

The hotel itself, the rooms, and the pool are a solid 5, but there's one caveat. Unfortunately, when we checked into a deluxe room, the air conditioning didn't work, even though the weather was 38°C (98°F)

The rooms are spacious, the cleaning is high-quality. Tea, coffee, mineral water daily. The staff is polite, friendly. A wonderful swimming pool with beautiful decoration. Very tasty and varied breakfasts

Beautiful hotel Multi Grand pharaon is a very beautiful hotel. And a nice garden which surround it. Our room was big and clean, with a good bed. We would have liked some more info on check in

The outdoor waterpark is not working even though the weather was warm and that was kinda disappointing for us because thats the most important reason we book this hotel and we arrived then we found out it’s unavailable now they should write in app and inform this before someone book and the room service was coming every other day but overall our stay is good

It's nice to stay it's my 2nd time I relax and quiet environment at night and in the morning it's good to go to aquatic park outdoors swimming and sauna food is good and staff give pack box to us because we need to leave in middle of the night so we use our breakfast for dinner it's good and polite and accommodating the staff

The bathroom had all the necessary accessories: hair dryer, disposable combs, dental kit, soap, shower gel, shampoo. I would like to separately note that the room is very clean, there is air conditioning

Upon request, an iron was brought to the room. There is food delivery to the room at very affordable prices. The staff is top notch, very welcoming and friendly, ready to help with any issue

This cottage was big and really good inside the location is perfect the service is perfect too I loved the place and the breakfast food was amazing too this hotel is 10/10 in everything

We ended up here because the nearby aquapark was closed. Entry fee was 3000 AMD, but we had to buy slippers (from 3000 AMD) and swimming caps (from 1500 AMD) as they were mandatory

The ticket didn’t cover sauna, jacuzzi, or a real swimming pool; it was mostly one big pool with water jets and some slides. Slides opened only once every 1. 5 hours, for about half an hour

I love to swim here in Winters, water is warm 28°C and the Sauna is good for this season. It has a several pools close and open, also there is Spa center and a Gym. I used the gym, swimming pools and sauna

Park Boutique is a great place to stay at an affordable budget

Only the rooms are quite small and very less space to. move around from what u see in d image as we very surprised to see in reality versus the image. But the hospitality over there made us comfortable

The location is kinda windy, and it gets even very windy at night. Staff The staffs are very informative and also helpful. They will help you if you need informations about tour etc, They also speak proper english

Room I took a family suite there, the room is very cozy. It's a big classic style room, which you can ease your soul. Facilities There's an outside pool, a pond, a big park which we can walk or jogging there

Caucasus hotel is a very nice place and a good choice despite the fact that it's not in the center of Yerevan. The staff is very helpful ,welcoming and always ready to assist regardless of the lack of English language

It's very retro, and although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, with decent cleanliness. However, you can tell from the shower fixtures that it's a bit dated, but the bed is very comfortable and spacious

The only thing when booking is to specify the size of the room, there are very small ones, and if you have long thick hair, you will be disappointed with a hair dryer :) By the way, there are good weekend tours near the hotel

Very nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain

Didn't stay in the hotel but went here to enjoy the swimming pool. Visitors can enjoy the pool for 8000amd, towel included. Pool area is great and spacious

The thing I liked the most was the DJ next to the pool. For improvement, I suggest adding a nightclub by the pool and enhancing the pool’s bar

They have a pool bar with a great selection of food and drinks for reasonable prices (2500 for smoothies, 3500 for a mojito)

Cross is my favorite pool in Yerevan. I have been visiting it every summer for many years. I visited the outdoor pool and the sauna today and it had changed since my last visit but is still the best pool to me in Yerevan

Sport complex after some repair works become better this year. We used to go there with family sometimes just with a single ticket ( 5000 AMD for 16+ and 3000 for 16-) but usually we took some packages (eg 15000 AMD)

The indoor area is currently separated from the outdoor pool area and you would have to pay additionally to use the indoor pool, sauna, gym, etc. Cross is my go-to place for a pool in Yerevan

Great location outside the city. Clean air, swimming pool, everything is fine. Managers are great, they help in everything, organize excursions

There is table tennis u can bring your own bats or use what will be free in the room, also there is big basketball court and small gym

The outdoor pool is really nice, has an awesome restaurant in the area which serves delicious food, has fast service and nice servers

You can reach the center in just 5 minutes by taxi (around $3) or two quick stops on the metro. The metro station is only a short walk away, and it's clean and safe to use

Property is located at an excellent location (about 5 min walk to the Republic square and adjacent to the President's residence I was told) - though getting in and out is via a small lane

I am not sure how, but some parts of the floor were heated (which I personally liked :) ) The hotel staff were very efficient and courteous - one of them even booked a taxi for me on her app since I was having issues with mine
