The hotel is great to base yourself for a walking holiday, the staff are great and the room is fantastic. Breakfast is wonderful and check in was very smooth. Mayrhofen is a great place and the hotel is centrally located.

Everything was great, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! Great positioning, right in front of skibus. The double room 202 is excellenty positioned, with a great view. The cleaning staff made an excellent work every day. The breakfast is various. So we will come back sometime in the future.

Check in was fast and the breakfast was good but they could do with some more variety during breakfast. It was a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts and the ski storage was easily accessible at the end of the day. The bathroom was well kept and cleaned daily. The bedroom was also cleaned daily. The floor in our room were quite noisy but other than that the room was good. The radiator was working very well

Nice stay with clean convenient rooms. We stayed in a family room with bunk bed, which was great. Excellent breakfast with options to sit outside or in. Downside: no elevator, but stairs not steep so easy to walk up without luggage.

Needs new beds The hotel itself is great, but the mattress on the bed we slept on was absolutely horrible. I stay in over a hundred hotel rooms a year for work and vacation and this bed was the worse I have come across. I could feel every spring in it. I would compare it to a bad fold out couch. For the price it wasn’t worth the poor comfort of the bed.

The rooms are themed and quirky but are quite dated now. They are clean, just dated. The lift broke down and we were on the third floor with suit cases. The location is great as it is right in the middle of things.

The hotel is old, but it's brightened up by all the antique and recognizable period features, such as a train carriage and a phone booth. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi, where streaming programs constantly buffered or simply stopped.

I stayed there many nights over the span of a year and I could never complain. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all you need, the balconies are hidden gems and very nice, staff was always friendly and helpful and for me the late self-check in was a huge plus.

The disadvantage is that it is far from downtown Salz, but since most people use the Salz card, it is not a big problem.

We have stayed in this boutique hotel on several occasions and just returned from another lovely holiday. The family and staff have been wonderfully welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, with ski lift nearby. Super breakfast is provided. One of our group was injured and the family were exceptionally helpful, provided a home from home experience.

There was no air condition in our room. That was a disappointment for us, since there were few hot days during our visit.

My friend & I stayed for a couple of nights last weekend and would gladly return. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the staff both morning and evening were very hardworking and friendly. Only slight downside was that the sauna was malfunctioning both days, but these things happen.

Beautiful location and smooth communication from start to finish. The food was a real highlight – a rich and delicious selection of salads, all prepared with fresh ingredients. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to spend more time here on our next visit.
