Beautiful room with an amazing view of the town/mountains, very cozy hotel. Right in the town centre - 30 second walk away from train station, market and restaurants. 15 min walk away from ski areas. Staff, especially Bashir who made a big difference by being such a nice person, plus the morning staff who were very helpful. The hotel is very convenient and close to everything. excellent hotel! My only recommendation would be to have a wider variety when it comes to the breakfast, other than that, very good hotel!

Woman at reception was so lovely and let us check in 3 hours early which was very kind. Room was spacious (great bathroom) and spa area was amazing! It had 2 Finnish style saunas, Infrared sauna and a steam room. The man who served us for drinks in the evening was also very friendly and attentive. Tonnes of choice at breakfast. Only negative was a few people from countries unaccustomed to sauna...

After live music in front of the hotel, we decided to have diner in Bechlwirt. Service was very good, food too, value for money, so 5 stars. 1 very minor point, no eiswein possible.. anyway I will definitely come back.

We went to the Bechlwirt restaurant for dinner and it was okay. The food tasted good and most of the staff were friendly. However, when asked if some food that was left over could be taken home, they brought us Aluminum Foil instead of a proper box.

Great traditional Austrian Hotel in the heart of Kirchberg, central location close to bars restaurants shops and railway. Great food and nice bar restaurant. They have a variety of rooms all kept very clean. I found the family owners very nice and helpful as are the staff they employ. The hotel has everything you need at a reasonable price. Am heading back there later in the month.

A great hotel in Kirchberg. Easy off street parking, very accommodating and helpful staff. Nice quiet rooms. Good breakfast and ate at the restaurant one night. The hotel overlooks the town plaza so one can watch the fun from the balcony. Well worth the stay.

Impressive customer service and great location Real impressive experience including great customer service and phenomenal location. The lady at the front desk is genuinely nice and understanding. A bit far from the city centre, but there is direct bus No. 1 right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around very convenient. They allow us to keep our luggage at the hotel before and after our stay.

This hotel is a fantastic value for money! It's a 10-minute tram ride from Central Station, so it might seem a bit far from the city center, but if you're not in a hurry, it's well worth it! A great venue for walkers. The " Boot Room" has a sink to wash your walking boots and individual lockers opened by your room pass. When you put your boots on the stand, gentle heat dries them and you waterproofs. I was impressed with the spa. This hotel has a very good cafe where one can sit on the terrace and and enjoy coffee and delicious cake. They did a great job serving me and my 33 guests quickly and kindly. Try the Marillen brandy 😛 and remember to call ahead if you have a big group. Wish we had had time for the cable car to the top of the mountain.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. The friendly, helpful staff make this hotel extra special. We stayed here for a week of skiing. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are very welcoming. There is a hairdryer in the room and plenty of storage. We had an amazing stay during Christmas. Our appartment Panorama Dachstein deluxe had a spectacular mountain view. We loved delicious food as well as the most friendly staff in the restaurant. The hotel has a great location in the center of Ramsau with convenient parking free of charge.

The lady at the reception and the waiters in the restaurant are all very kind. Like others mentioned, the food was just amazing! The best half-board food I’ve ever had in a 4-star hotel! Also the location was super convenient. You can easily reach Rittisberg, Dachstein Glacier and Schladming ski resort, etc. by car or bus.

Very neat and tidy hotel! I (25 years old) don't like an old dusty (German) hotel. That's why this is exactly what I was looking for. Modern yet cultural and atmospheric. You will also receive a so-called 'Summer card'. This allows you to do free activities such as visiting the Dachstein glacier, swimming in a nearby lake, etc. Highly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble. I had agreed to share a room with a friend. Little did I know what an Austrian twin room was( google it if you don’t know) we had already had a nightmare journey getting to the resort due to plane cancellations and bad weather, only to find that I had to share a bed with my mate. We usually use this hotel while in transit through Austria, and we love it. No frills but always clean and comfortable. The location of this property is ideal if you don’t mind taking a 30 minute walk to the main attractions like St. Stephen Cathedral and the main shopping area. The staff service was great, I did not have the breakfast but the other guest seem to enjoy as it was full every morning.

There's a tram stop and supermarket right outside, and the nearest subway station is a 10-minute walk. The environment is rather compact, fitting the stereotypical European style. There's no running water inside, but they claim it's tap water that's safe to drink; those interested can try it out 😅

1. After checking in and opening the room door for the first time, there was some stranger sitting in the bed. Closed the door, went back to the reception, told reception lady that there was a person inside our room. Lady acted surprised and did not believe us - checked from the computer and came to the understanding that there was a late check out. She did not have any other rooms so we had to wait...

The hotel was okay but thats about it. Nothing surprises you about it. Rooms lack light, there isn't a ventilation present in the bathroom. Service is often slow or doesn't speak english/proper german. Breakfast was okay but again it doesn't really blow me away. Location is between a wood factory and an electrical substation, however being on the outskirts of St. Johann means that it's accessible.

Everything you need plus an excellent spa. The rooms are very practical, spaciuous enough with lot of room to store your belongings. Bathroom is perfect. It’s such a nice, clean, and cozy place to stay right in the heart of Manhattan ! It truly feels like a hidden treasure. The only thing I’d strongly recommend is adding an area rug or carpet, which would really elevate the space and make it feel warmer and more high-end. That small touch would make an already welcoming place feel even more comfortable and complete.

The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Location is great, breakfast is good. The pool is much smaller than in the pictures and generally crowded with people. Rooms do not have refrigerators nor air conditioner, which is a challenge during summer months. The service is great and people are very kind and hospitable.

No mini fridge ( it’s hot outside and everyone needs a cold water or something), no air conditioner. The room was stuffy and when the window was opened, it became a good way for mosquitoes to fly inside. Pearl of Kufstein A nice and helpful hostess assisted us with all the details during check-in, making the process very easy and pleasant. Clean but very old Overall it's ok. Excellent location, clean, I had assigned a very old room, furniture and bathroom from the 70s which makes the stay less pleasant. However, it's for just one night could be ok. A bit hot during the night but I kept the windows open to chill down the room. Basic breakfast but ok.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room was spacious. However, the hotel is quite far from the city center and the main train station, with limited transportation options nearby. That said, the hotel provides free public transportation tickets, which helps offset the inconvenience.
